How the hell is one man so grounded?!? His words and tonality makes it so that you can't help but listen and get motivated to do something. I truly believe it's not an act. He is the most genuine guy on the internet. Thank you so much for recording and posting his interview.

This channel is criminally underrated. These are the stories that are crucial to people understanding the cost of war and freedom. Perhaps knowing it will make us less likely to cheer and jeer for new and often unnecessary conflict if we're all aware to some degree of the cost.

Combat veterans war stories should be the only thing that the show "60 Minites" ever covers. Plain and simple. These stories should be shared with high schoolers. For those who want to join, give them a glimpse of the "REAL" side of the military a recruiter won't tell you. And for those certain groups who have zero respect for anyone who ever served their country. I'm against war, (I'm a combat vet myself) BUT, me and so many like me will ALWAYS do what it takes and then some to protect the ones we love, those who don't even know we exist, and even the ones who don't even deserve to be called an American. I'm only against sending men and women (young and old) to fight and possibly die because of greedy ass, rich ass, politicians and private investors of war. THATS the part of war I'm against.

I was an army recruiter for many years tattoos are waiverable unless you have hate tattoos or gang tattoos so you cooked your own goose. It’s better to be a civilian anyway, you carry less baggage that way… I even process guys with neck, tattoos and hand tattoos… just play call of duty and go about your way… donate to the wounded warrior program or make donations to your local VFW. That’s the best you can do…
