This is what I've always wanted. Never been good at uchimata but it's one I want to study in depth as I feel it translates great to gi, no gi, street

I already have a couple of your Judofanatics instructionals, but will be adding this one to the collection. I've been studying a lot of Kosei Inoue's matches and see that his uses this concept a lot along with harai goshi in the mix

@@edgarhack2042 man I’ll be honest, I tried to force this position every match, but my uchi mata kept getting shut down, I just couldn’t get my body deep enough. I never got to Tai Otoshi. I ended up winning, but it was with a counter to an uchi mata attempt in semis and then a sacrifice throw off of a kouchi where my opponent just overextended. I didn’t get ippon in the finals from the throw, but I got the pin. So long story short, I believe this combo must work, but I WISH I had trained it for like a month first.

this is good in a dojo as well as on the street , for a ground hold ..all judo techniques should not only work in the dojo but on the street as well.
