Dougo is a big part of why the Larson Farms episodes are entertaining. Chet, Big Swede and Brody are lucky to have a mentor as knowledgable as he is.

Dougo knows what he's doing. Look it Chet!!! The Bobcat Dougo didn't NEED to bring came in handy at the end. I will agree with Chet Dougo, you get a shatterproof window on that Bobcat for your and everyone's safety. Especially when you like to go get those trees on the edge of fields. We want our Dougo SAFE AMEN🙏

Funny how chet is worried about dougo and the trees through the windshield while he crawls under the feeder house without the safety stop. I know more people killed from the feeder house smashing them than trees through a bobcat windshield

We were trying to get beans done too before the next rain. Straw chopper bearing went bad, got hot and started bean dust smoldering. Guys recognized the situation and the fire extinguishers(3 of them) we carry in the machines did their job. Only need to replace the bearings-no other damage.

Thanks for another great video. It was super interesting. Sorry about the plug on Chet’s machine. It was really plugged with mud and stuff. But you got it going again. Yea. Super sorry for the breakdown on Brody’s machine. Combine do not like to eat big steel pieces from a tillage machine. Oh my. Big old piece of steel. My compliments to all of you for getting it out and getting the combine going again. Wow. Bad deal that was. Good going everyone. Getting close to finishing the beans. Yea. Hang in there everyone. Dougo kept everyone pointed in the right direction on that breakdown. He has been there before. Good going Dougo. Glad you had the skid steer with you. About it I guess. Thanks for everything Chet. You all take care and be safe. Thanks. The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.

Dougo is the Socrates of Farming - always thinking ahead and planning, as Chet says: Is it a problem or a fluke? Dougo should write a book: "Farm Tips for Your Kids." The Correll Volunteer Fire Department, located in Correll, MN, provides fire protection and emergency response services to the Larson Farms equipment fires as needed. As Dougo says: "This machine ain't meant to eat iron."

Adobe mud and straw. A family I know had a very very old Adobe building that their house had been added on to and added on to over the last hundred and thirty years. The house is still there they sold it but I remember one year it was a specially rainy and wet one of the rain spouts backed up and the water got into the wall and it was soggy and you could push it out and then go outside and push it in. 😮
