Oh boy I LOVE the 12x20!! Randy you are killing me with your homes! I am disabled I was assaulted and then shot in the chest with a .45 and I lived!! I am disabled as well as my 51 year old son and I am praying somehow I could come up with money to get one for me and an incredibox for my son. I lost everything 22 years ago from what happened to me but I am praying somehow to come up with enough money to get two of your homes. You are amazing and keep amazing me with your new ideas and designs, I love seeing them. Someday maybe because I would love to spend the rest of my life in one of your homes because I could actually afford to live there off of my social security and so could my son. Yes, it does appear bigger, visually. The reality is you get 24 Sq ft more space in the 10'x20' because of the loft, but the space is chopped up so much more... that's why the wide open 12'x20' seems larger.

I would have a hard time picking between the 10x20 and the 12x20 for the grove. For the 10x20, if you are going to park them across the lot and move the door to the long side, then I would also move the picture window to the same side so they both face the street and put the small window, or no window on the end since it would be looking at the neighbor's house. I think if I was not ever going to move then I might prefer the 12x20, but if I was going to go on the road to another place eventually, then I might like the 10x20 more.

My house closes Tuesday and I've been approved by 21st Mortgage for the 10 x 20! So excited and feeling very blessed. I really wanted to live in Tennessee.
