They actually caused a riot in Hamtramck. Several restaurants were looted of cabbage rolls and coffee and you could follow the trail of paczkis leading to the Leutonian Senior Center Theater and Pickling Plant. It was a real mess.

When I was young boy in Leutonia, I was wanting always to grow up to be third Shmenge brother, but then as I grew older, I realize that no, I cannot be third Shmenge because I had different parents than Yosh and Stan. But that did not stop me from the dreaming. =)

Why wouldn't they be served it...unless somebody else maybe ate all the cabbage rolls and drank all the coffee. You never know with all those Hollywood types of people - they don't get good cabbage rolls and coffee all the time over there in California. Why would they? It's too close to maybe the ocean where the salt water makes the cabbage rolls not rise the right way for making them.
@@sheriffburfordt.justice4488 Polkas all sound a bit alike, I don't think I'd would want to listen to an entire night of nothing but Polka -- but a few minutes of raunchy swinging in a 2/4 measure can be fun. And playing dancing music always looks easier than it really is. The Shmenge brothers are goofy characters, but they play pretty well.
