Moriarty is dead. It's not him at the end of series 3, someone is making out that he is alive. If you actually read the sherlock books you would realise just that even thought the writers have added new stories and made slight changes the the key plot points from the books remain the same. There is NO WAY they would bring Moriarty after the Reichenbach Falls.

Now I'm really scared because they said killing off Sherlock or John would be cheating, but so did they about Moriarty faking suicide.......Plus the fact that Moffat said if ever it happened, they would just pop up behind a tree makes it, therefore, impossible, which really worries me, because, well, these two could simply come up with anything, including (maybe, I hope not but let's face it) killing one of the main characters (plus I heard series 4 was the most shocking so far and -but this one I still have not confirmed - that the actors cried while reading the plot....................................:'( ) But then again, these are simply thoughts piping in the head of an addict fangirl who's been waiting for 1 year already and is so starved for the show she might have gone completely nuts :) (I sincerely hope I'm just being paranoid)

I guess this isn't too much of a spoiler, as I'm right with you about Sherlolly, but... nobody's ship sinks. :-) By the end of the season, all ships are intact and floating. :-) And I think you're gonna love the direction Sherlolly starts to sail, especially in episode 1.
