Like Shazam makes since, speed of Mercury and all that, but there’s no way that Cheetah is faster than any speedster other than like Jay Garrick, but even that is debatable. If you want to power boost Diana to hell then again maybe she’s faster than 52 Kid Flash, but definitely not Godspeed.

If we go by the original powerset of Zolomon then he's by far the "fastest" thing in all of DC, Wally moving at his fastest with the speed of Jesse and Jay added to him was still struggling to keep up with Zolomon and that's only because Zolomon was purposely moving at a speed Wally could keep up with. New powerset though its hard to say but Barry couldn't reach him and only Wally could, Barry can keep up with Thawne so it stands to reason Zolomon is faster then him.

Another cool thing in the zoom story for new 52, he has black lightning and when Barry pushes himself to go as fast as possible near the end of the story the Lightning’s colour is (near) white lightning (normal speed force) vs black lightning (negative speed force) so they can both go extremely fast when they decide to push themselves

Yes Black Flash was mentioned to be the Black Racer twice but none of them were by the writer of the original comic where Wally had to escape him. In Final Crisis Black Racer couldn’t go faster than light, but the Black Flash did just that to chase down Wally West so it doesn’t really add up. One was by Grant Morrison, the other by Geoff Johns by the Black Flash Comic was written by Mark Millar.

Is the Still force space? That would be cool. I would like to see more negative forces though, like, the Negative Strength force. How cool would that be?! I'd imagine the Negative Sage force is just anti-PSI. Like, how in Prey (2016) there's nullwave frequency grenades that combats Psi energy with another frequency that cuts Psi from working since Psychic energy or Delta Waves (as I like to call them) is just a paranormal type of sound wave or vibration. Though, there's a chance the Sage force isn't the source for Psi, but mental powers. Anyway, I just want to see more characters who wield these forces and how the writers will play with that idea.

Can't say anything about Daniel, but when it comes to Godspeed, despite being my favorite Flash villain, he's really not that fast. Even at his prime, after absorbing the other speedsters' powers, he was only _a little_ faster than Barry. And the important part here is that the Speed Force Storm split Barry's speedster powers apart and massively nerfed his speed. So Godspeed was fighting against a weakened Barry who was missing half (if not more) of his speed. And still only managed to outspeed him by a small margin while having absorbed a bunch of Speed Force from the others. Without that stolen boost, Godspeed is _really_ freaking slow (for a speedster) and even with the boost, he's not nearly as fast as Barry at full power.
