Great vid, would have scaled Eobard above both Bart and Red death, based on the fact he is the major threat that came after a Hunter solomon amped by all the forces, scaling so much higher than almost all speedsters aside from your top 3. Personally, I would put Eobard at number 3, above Barry/Red Death/Bart. This is because during many of his appearances, he is both stated and shown to be faster than Barry Allen. In both Knight Terrors: The Flash #2, and in The Flash Volume 5 (2016-2020), Barry himself states that Thawne is faster than him and has "always has been". He even goes on to state that Thawne is faster than Wally too (this is before he was re-birthed from the speedforce), and this is supported when it is revealed that the entirety of the events of the flash war were manipulated by thawne's hypnotic speed force suggestion hax.

1. Nobody ever outran Black Flash until Hunter Flash tricked Wally into helping Hunter steal Barry's powers for himself. 2. Jayson Peter Garrick isn't the slowest speedster. He's specifically only the slowest Flash, and only due to his age. And because he doesn't need to rely on the speed force like every other speedster, he's always the fastest when nobody else can use it either. 3. You have to go faster than time itself to get into the speed force. Not just faster than mere light. 4. Barry Allen slows everything down to make everyone else faster to prevent himself from killing everyone as the Black Flash 5. Wally doesn't just stop time. He steals speed, which allows him to go as fast as the fastest potential. 6. Sounds like you just skipped through a lot of good fuel for my comment. 😖 7. Barry travels through time by accident and has complete control over speed, despite generaly not being able to absorb any, depending on the writing. But the Negative Speed Force didn't actually make him faster. It was corrupting his powers and making them unstable and nearly impossible to control or maintain. While Lightning Barry was actually his second fastest. But his fastest was when he accidentally ran too fast to slow down and knocked all of time into motion. Though the explanation of just how fast Barry is via Max Mercury states Barry is every speed feat itself from when he accidentally birthed the origin of time, motion, and the speed force and couldn't slow down, even stating Wally's to be only a by product of Barry's speed. 8. Barry as Black Flash is the fastest of the Black Flashs, but he also forces everyone else's to speed up while slowing everything else to slow down, so he'd actually be slower that normal Barry. 9. 🤦I figured you'd get to this point. Barry Allen is directly responsible for Wally's speed just like any other and is always forcing himself to slow down and get nerfed for the sake of making Wally faster. So yes, Wally is currently the fastest man alive, but it doesn't actually make him the fastest if Barry has to keep slowing down just for Wally. Going faster than the speed force means nothing if he can't birth the origins of time by sheer speed. It's like saying you're faster than a paper blown from a car passing the street. The car is clearly much faster. 10. I believe the fastest speedster was actually Hunter Flash, because he was easily capable of surpassing Wally, even calling himself the fastest man alive and actually catching up to Black Flash in order to kill him. That was a feat that Wally will never get another chance to surpass.

So Hunter decided to take advantage of Wally's turmoil to trick Wally into helping him steal the actual full power Barry has been suppressing, in order to finally kill Black flash once and for all. The Forever Force (First showcased through White Lightning Barry during Reunion in his final fight against Professor Zoom). For context, the Speed Force is only one minimalized aspect limited to the omniverse surrounded by the the God's Sphere. And the God Sphere is within the Forever Force, which goes beyond and holds all potential aspects of time even outside of comics. After stealing the full force of Barry's powers, he wore his own red costume and proclaimed himself the new Flash and real fastest man alive. Which Wally was too slow to catch. Hunter Flash then used that power to kill the Black Flash, while Barry's powers where still coming back. Barry found out Reverse Flash was responsible for creating Hunter Zoom's origins to take his place as Zoom in the timeline, but was too slow. And after he then supposedly died, sacrificing himself in the process, Barry got his powers back and proclaimed Wally to be the fastest man alive. And then Barry quit using his speed to prevent Professor Zoom from ever existing. But now Barry back in his Flash suit, but now just as a side character. Meanwhile, there's been no word about Hunter Flash ever sense. If I where Batman, I'd probably say Hunter Flash is not dead. Because comics. Which Barry already proved was impossible to forcefully prevent. Especially since Wally never achieved such a feat just yet.

I don’t disagree that Wally should be crowned fastest Flash. He has more speed feats throughout more issues to argue said fact. My only point here is that I think Bart should be higher on the list. Although his tenure was short lived (unfortunately I feel) multiple speedsters including Barry have attested to Barts speed and how much faster he is than basically everyone. There was also a short comic run on his adulthood as The Flash. At one point he absorbs the entirety of the speed force and becomes The White Flash. I’m not too sure how you can really beat that lol…

The Jesse Quick comic isn't her and Lady Flash entering the Speed Force on their own speed. There's a hole in the Speed Force that they enter. Also Godspeed can't speed steal the same way Wally or Jay can. He could only do it to the people who got their powers from the Speed Force Storm like he did, as they all shared the same connection. Also Barry outran the Black Flash alongside Wally, and in the DC official rankings (before the return of Max, Jesse, etc) they have Barry, Eobard, and Wally all above the Black Flash/Black Racer. Finally, you're obviously giving Red Death too much credit. We don't know how fast Barry from an alternate dream universe that Batman took the powers of and just assuming Red Death is that fast for such a short lived and rather unimpressive character is silly. The best thing he ever did was beat Wallace.
