Storm and magnetos dynamic is one of my favorite elements, they both have a HEAVY sense of duty to the mutant population. They would and have literally gave there lives for the cause they believe in, and they literally would go to hell and back to get each other back out of genuine respect. Real friends, real comrades, real honor, real duty. Those two are the phrase "We got a job to do" personified lol

meh it's pretty shit. I can't say it's like maximal shit, but at the very least it is like a sort of mediumish pile of shit. Like maybe if a couple hippos took a fat dump on the hot Savannah ground, that would basically be Storm and Magneto. Magneto being all "oh woe is me I killed people I'm so baaaad" and Storm being like "I had a dream that Magneto was standing there, so this of course is a message from God that I need to travel to the afterlife to retrieve his soul and bring him back to his dead body, I guess?". Meh pretty shit justification for a pretty shit story, but the art was at least kind of cool. Wow that's a notion we've all gotten used to feeling after just about every Marvel movie/show/comic in the Disney era. Story was shit, but hey there were some cool effects or FX or CGI or whatever. All the cool art and CGI and flowery dialogue in the world can't make up for shit writing though. I wish it could, believe me I really do.

I love the creative writing of how some characters utilize their powers, but the power creep in X-Men comics is really off-putting sometimes. Im not familiar with when Storm gained magic powers, but I feel like it's kinda of unnecessary. Writers have already found ways for her to do practically anything with her mutant powers. It starts to feel like Dragonball Z after awhile. "Storm manipulates water and air molecules to warp reality and time travel."

Have any major Comic Book Characters ever been killed off and Stayed Dead? Do yo remember the whole Xorn/Magneto story? They "Killed off" Magneto only for it to have been an impostor. And was it ever explained where Magneto was during this story, and how he returned to power? No. Because there's no continuity. And don't Get me started on how characters never age.
