I used heroin for years and ohh boy quitting literally almost killed me. for me it wasn't staying clean, it was the fear of the withdrawal (aches and pains, NAUSEA, cold sweats, ANXIETY ATTACKS, absolutely no appetite). my anxiety led me down dark thoughts and 3 psych wards. clean for two years now. getting past the horrendous withdrawals is by far the hardest part. heroins bad mmmkay

Sam Hayden my doctor put me on Tramadol about 15 years ago because "It doesn't get you addicted like percocet" So after 5 years, I was taking 15 50mg Tram a day, 3 and 4 at a time. Now I'm on Buprenorphine and it's fucking awesome. You never build a tolerance, and you only take the recommended dose. If you have chronic pain like I do (12 abdominal surgeries, 5 of which were to fix mistakes) Then Buprenorphine is the BEST thing ever. I've been on it 3 years, and I've actually walked down the amount I take per day. AND it can't be smoked or boiled down for abuse, so it's not something people try to steal.

It is a shame anti-venom is going back to regular venom, but I suppose the original venom is just what sells more nowadays. Not that I dislike venom, but his character growth into anti-venom just feels wasted when you revert the character back.

I doubt that Venom will go back to being a villain because, 1. Currently both Eddie and the symboite are on redemption arcs 2. Both have buried the hatchet with Spider-Man 3. Venom is more popular as an antihero than a villain 4. As you said it would be a regression of the characters and waste everything that has come before.

I feel like there is legit no reason to have Eddie go back to normal Venom. Anti-Venom is a much more interesting idea and route for him to take. Taking Eddie back to the 'protect the innocents' path he was so adamant on back in the day. Felt like a strong return to form. If he goes back to being Venom and just a general member of Spider-Man's rogues gallery I'll be incredibly disappointed. I hope they keep him on the righteous path. Venom is leagues better as an anti-hero than a villain IMO.

That is from an issue where Venom and Carnage found out they had the ability to turn their bodies in data, sliver into a computer screen, and out where ever the data went. Unless there was a retcon, Antivenom should have been able to jump straight into the drug dealer's lap at any time he saw a live video of him.

I’d like to correct you on your description of 50 bmg weapons. 50 caliber weapons are not anti tank weapons. It could never hope to do damage to a tank. Unless it hit very specific parts. It’s classified as an anti-material rifle, because it’s meant to fire on light armored vehicles and other items, such as munitions that are being stored in a location. Though this is done with specialty rounds. Such as high explosive or armor piercing.
