This story was really lacking and here's why. Batman would never in a million years even take this into consideration considering that he knows anything and everything about what happened between him and talia al ghoul, this seems like a cheap plot device to try to make batman v deathstroke again. Two, why deathstroke? He has no affiliation with the league of assassins or talia al ghoul (unlike what media says) and I'm pretty sure he never even met her? Seems like a pretty big retcon to make him know her now. 3rd and last thing, it seems rebirth stories overall have been lacking recently and I don't know why, but that's a discussion for another time.

Missed/Ignored a few things like it being noted by Wintergreen that Deathstroke admires Batman too much to kill him, and Deathstroke noting that he is stronger and faster than Batman after Batman fell for Deathstroke's decoy. Not to mention Robin joining Deathstroke temporarily. Overall, this whole story involves Deathstroke not wanting to fight or even trying to beat Batman, yet still casually making Batman broke, casually sneaking up on him in his own home, having him dead to rights, and blatantly outsmarting him, more than once, while Batman keeps instigating everything. Batman even needed Gauntlets presumably designed to fight Superman in order to match a holding back Deathstroke. Anyone who thinks Batman would stand a reasonable chance one on one, is in denial. Deathstroke is like Batman but also Superhuman in virtually everyway and has looser morals on top of that. It's like thinking a wooden sword wins against a tempered steel sword.

I didn’t finish the video yet I’m 5 min in. In my opinion though I always wondered who would win in a fight between Batman or DeathStroke, I honestly think Deathstroke would win but not easily though. I always thought of deathstroke as the version of Batman if he were to kill people.

I know who should win that battle. Deathstroke. He is an anti-batman. Even though much, much poorer - he have an objectively better brain and body. He is world greatest tactician (which in a fight is more important than being world greatest detective). Slade is what Captain America would be if he went mercenary. Plus his standard gear is simple but amazing. Selfhealing armor that grants him augmented strenght. Unbreakable sword that can cut most things. Powerstaff. And simple thing called guns. With someone whos brain works that good, whos reaction speed is superhuman and whos senses are much better than that of a top human and who is a master marksman - guns are super powerful tool (unlike slow moving thrown projectiles). Also Identity Crissis scene. I'm not saying Batman can't win. He surely can. But with some sort of a fair fight he would lose more times than win. Of course nuking Slade with satelite or comming in some crazy Bat-mech would give him a win. Because money can buy him that. But mostly readers money buys him bias referees :P Deathstroke is also master of preptime but he can't prep for what he can't afford. Only thing that bothered me in this comic is why did Deathstroke pretent to not know that Bruce is Bats. Courtesy?

Deathstroke won. One of the reasons as to why I believe that Deathstroke won, is that he could have killed Batman any time throughout the story. But did not because he knows that there would be repercussions especially from one individual in particular. If you are thinking that it would be Damian or the other robins, you are wrong, if you think it would be Superman, Wonderwoman, and the Justice League, you are still wrong, (The Justice League would just capture him, Damian would first beat the crap out of him and then capture him) The one individual that Slade would be the most concern, would be from Batman's rogue gallery. That individual would be the Joker.
