I love to cuddle. Im a L4 L5 complete paraplegic. I just want to be held. I need it to stay happy. I get very lonely and cuddling is so wonderful.

Hey, Jolie! Thank you for sharing this! This video is very educational! I did not know that this profession exists. Thank you for sharing this! I've been pretty curious about your job but we haven't really had a chance to talk since you started it, so I was glad you got to my questions in this video :) I can really see the need for this. When Chris and I were living in different states for a year, a friend hugged me randomly and I had the thought... when was the last time someone actually TOUCHED me, outside of a brief correction in dance class? It's easy to go a long time without being touched when you're not in a relationship, or long distance, especially if you're a kind of aloof introvert like me. I've always been a little envious of people who have a relaxed cuddly relationship with their platonic friends, because that's so not how I am.

The fly wanted a cuddle :) Very interesting, I've heard about it in the news, and I know that in Japan it's more popular with cafés and such, but never followed up on it! I like the very humane aspect of it, it's a basic need that can't always be covered or needs to be learned in some circumstances.... Thanks for giving an insight of it, and I'm not shocked you do this job, you seem very calm and well-spoken that gives people security! :)

Oh, for sure. I think people usually have the reaction of "why would I need to pay someone to cuddle me" and don't think about the countless people who don't have access to loving touch unless they are in a relationship, not to mention how unhealthy it is to only receive care and support from one person. I've noticed that my clients tend to feel more energized to take on their world and more likely to stand up for what they need in their every day relationships when they've been receiving that loving touch and support for a while. This is one of the rare jobs where we really want our clientele to not need us anymore after a while because we want them to go out and find that support in their every day life. When my clients don't see me for a while and I hear that they are doing well, it makes me happy.

I've had 2 cuddle sessions as the Cuddlist. I was very nervous but they went well. I myself felt relaxed. Considering in continuing and getting more clients. Not sure how to since I was approached by the person I had my 2 sessions with. Any tips would be great.
