I struggle with same sex attractions but I totally disagree with this video. 😂😂😂 what's more harmful is your video I have had nothing but good experiences from them. God is using them powerfully and Hell is real and God really is going to judge this nation with an invasion. Just wait and see, its only a matter of time. Brother you need to repent !!! You seem to be following after your own desires and not the will of God. I say this in love and as a gay person I actually disagree. 😂😂 once again I share this in Love Ihops music testimonies and messages have done nothing but bless and enrich my life in ways homosexuality never could. So I see it from a very different perspective. I get where your coming from I understand how it seems extreme but its because the Hour of the Lords return is so urgent. !!! He is coming back to judge and make war in righteousness He really really is. 💙💙💙

As one who has been kicked out of this cult, I agree. I couldn't stop questioning everything there when I joined after it was recommended to me by another cult. I left Christianity fully after being there. I was in their missions program ACTS which went so far as to saying that we were the front lines. We were also put through a exercise program constantly telling us that we were in China running from the authorities, and we had to get fit for the end times, to run from authorities. For this video I do feel that song of Solomon and the bridal paradigm wasn't explained super well as what they saw it as. How it was taught to me was basically we are all doing this to marry Jesus and SOS was his erotic love poetry to us, his church. And we basically had to believe that, and of coarse they would mask that as "marrying your best friend" but it was far more sexually based.

It's part of the NAR and Seven Mountains Mandate, which is not biblical. They believe their followers need to be in charge of all key facets of society so they can improve it significantly in preparation for Jesus to return. All of that is totally made up. Scripture.tells us everything is going to get worse and worse, that the Antichrist will arise, there will be a great falling away/great apostasy, Then Jesus will return. Only Jesus can make things right. NAR churches like IHOP believe man can do it. Just like the original sin, people are still falling for Satan's lies. I spent 7 years at IHOP-KC. Some of the best times of my life happened in that prayer room and there is no way that I would be following Jesus if it was not for Bickle's teaching on Christ as Bridegroom, King and Judge. Sorry that you had a bad experience but it doesn't negate the fruit on this ministry. Judas didn't receive the ministry of Jesus, Bro. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. @@craigdawson0912 Anyone who is profiting off the word of God is putting $ first, not Jesus. Why does everyone need to buy all these books when we have the Word of God? Because we'd rather raise ourselves up, be all that, be a "success" by the standards of this sinful world that is coming to an end! Toss out all those books. Read an actual bible - not a passion bible, or Schofield bible, or Macarthur Study Bible. Bibles with men's names on the cover.... Read the Word of God and not some rich man's study notes, who's going to preach to buy more of his books.. Why are Bickle and the rest constantly selling? Are they not rich enough? I was born again in 1977 and am nondenom. I have been to the IHOP services numbers of times and have been to the prayer room many times. I am not a member there and I do not go there regularly. However, I appreciate all that they do, worshipping God and praying for revival. There's nothing cultic about IHOP. Their doctrine is correct- basically, Baptist, except that IHOP is not cessationist. The man speaking on this video is further dividing the body of Christ. We don't need more of that. At best, he is deceived. Mike bickle is an amazing teacher. I don't agree with all his views on the end times, but that's neither here nor there in that his views on that do not justify labeling IHOP as a cult. His teachings are on line, as well as the services. Check it out for yourselves. The apostle Paul has some serious things to say about those that cause divisiveness in the body of Christ. You might want to remind yourselves of that also.

@6eagleslanding At times. “Religion can be a totalitarian belief. It is the wish to be a slave. It is the desire that there be an unalterable, unchallengeable, tyrannical authority who can convict you of thought crime while you are asleep, who can subject you to total surveillance around the clock every waking and sleeping minute of your life, before you're born and, even worse and where the real fun begins, after you're dead. A celestial North Korea. Who wants this to be true? Who but a slave desires such a ghastly fate? I've been to North Korea. It has a dead man as its president, Kim Jong-Il is only head of the party and head of the Military. He's not head of the State. That office belongs to his deceased father, Kim Il-Sung. It's a necrocracy, a Thanatocracy. It's one short of a trinity I might add. The son is the reincarnation of the father. It is the most revolting and utter and absolute and heartless tyranny the Human species has ever evolved. But at least you can f#$%ing die and leave North Korea!” -(Christopher Hitchens).

I survived Atlanta IHOP. I was treated well. But I experienced constant corrective measures for behariours they thought were evil, masturbation, homosexual thoughts, the need for affection. If I ever told anybody I was struggling with these things, I was put through a process called "deliverance" where you're brought into a room and people prophacize over you, and speak in the name of God to you and tell you what you should to. It's very enotionally open. And you're sitting there hearing these people's opinion but recieving it as the word of God himself. 15 yearh later and I'm still fucked up over this mess.

My experience was very different from theirs, and my brothers and I have recently shared our memories of the children’s program with them and they were shocked. I most distinctly remember being forced to do hour long prayer walks in a single room in a basement as young as 6 years old. I don’t know how they thought we’d have the attention span for that. We were scolded if we so much as made eye contact with our friends. This isn’t just me misremembering. My brothers and friends remember it the same.

At the same time as they've created this weird "no human contact" doctrine, and even put signs up on all of the side room doors in the prayer room that no one is allowed to go in them, they wanna make sure you can't even step into one and pray for your friend or get help from someone. No human contact!! And yet they go around all the time blabbing about "community" and repeating that little phrase Bob Jones is famous for, "have you learned to love yet?" No IHOP, you haven't, AND you are clueless as to what Christianity even MEANS! Makes me so angry that they are so dumb.

Just because someone prays to God with music doesn't mean it's a cult. Remember king David, from the bible?? Yeah, he wrote the psalms that were literal songs😂 Music is a gift from God, so stop trying to demonize something God created. And fyi, the prayer room is literally based after the Tabernacle that david built for God. And thousands of houses of prayer all over the world do the same thing. Bro you're trying so hard to demonize people who love God so much that they opened up a building that's completely open to the public for anyone who wants to sing and pray to Jesus. Its actually a very beautiful thing, because its literally what's going on in heaven, And Jesus prayed, let it be on earth as it is in heaven. And fyi people from all over America and the earth live there and have totally different Accents😂 so yeah. Yes, they internships, yes they have summer camps, yes they have a bible school if you're interested in going into ministry, or the mission field ( fyi they're very Connected with ywam) but if you're just wanting to take a season to grow in the word and prayer, it's a great place!! I did a internship there for 6 months and my leaders totally encouraged me to follow my dreams, which was to go to school (not their school) for a career in the workplace. And of course ihopkc has a bunch of bible teachings.. it's a bible school for crying out loud😂 What this guy is saying is just so off its actually kinda comical.

I grew up in KC and experienced the damage of the charasmatic movement in and around my community. Ihop was a hugely seductive and destructive influence not only in my state but in places far outside... as new victims would arrive fresh constantly. Music is obviously something that many people enjoy. And it is a huge part of many religious traditions both inside and out of christianity. It's hard to say something bad about music itself as part of religious practice, and so I truly doubt anyone sees that as the real problem here. (Although the sort of mind-numbing goofy mantras and absurd "prophetic" songs that come from Ihop music sets are a personal pet peeve.) There are a lot of things in life that wont destroy certain people but will significantly damage many others. There are negative influences that a person can live through and live on from...while some other people may become drunk on those influences. Consider yourself fortunate to have walked off the Ihop scene relatively unscathed, albeit still quite alarmingly naive. Have compassion for the many whose lives were wrecked for years as a result of this influence.

I have been at IHOP for two years and they do not at all force their doctrine on you, they provide very sound, scriptural evidence for everything they teach, but always remind you not to take their word for it, not to blindly receive it, but to study on you own. And if you don't feel comfortable with a teaching, that you are welcome to reject it. They emphasize letting the Holy Spirit teach you from the Word verses blindly agreeing with any teacher or pastor. I double and triple check everything myself in the Word anyway and they don't miss a beat. Honestly this has been the most holistic and fruitful Church I have EVER been part of and they have helped me grow and geal from so much past trauma and even physical pain. I've been home in Georgia for three months now and I miss it all, but I love the healthy mindsets and holy habits I learned there and can't wait get back for a while longer. So I would parrot what every preacher would say. Until after time, I had to ask can the real Jesus please stand up because of the conflicts within the churches and people. One of the preachers I do double check now in a more thorough way and practice what he teaches all the way over here in Australia is Mike Bickle. I struggle to see what anyone, who wants to truly know God in a close and loving way as Jesus clearly taught could, or would, ever have a case against him? I’m baffled. All Mike teaches is LOVE GOD and each other. And has done as far back as his teaching videos go. In the 1980’s. I feel very blessed to be taught by such a humble follower of Jesus. Is this not all we we are here to do to Love God and each other? Why is this wrong. Anyway I’m sorry again for upsetting you. I pray Gods richest blessings upon you. I pray this man watches his words… someday we will all be held accountable to that… especially when we instruct others. I spent many years at ihopkc and what he is saying is just frankly not true. Ihopkc is not perfect by any means, but they are beautiful people doing what they feel God is calling them to, just as you and I who believe in Jesus should. I no longer live their because I felt God leading me elsewhere and I was BLESSED as I left ihopkc. There was no forcing me to stay… So if you find yourself to be reading this and are full of much confusion, I encourage you to pray for discernment for yourself. If you believe in Jesus Christ and have received this free gift of grace(which ihopkc also believes by the way), then you also carry his spirit and I pray he will direct your heart to know the truth. It breaks my heart that people who have so little understanding would create media like this to tear down another organization. I pray God’s mercy over this man.

Here me out… What if we all just loved Jesus, Preached the gospel, and loved the people around us? “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭13:34-35‬ I mean the whole world is never all going to agree on one teaching or one preaching or one theology, our flesh and our own opinions, likes to sneak it’s way into our theology. Regardless of what one church says or does, bashing or “warning” people about a church isn’t showing the love of Christ. “But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice” Philippians 1:18 I think we should all rejoice that people have had encounters, came to Christ, and love for the LORD, weather you agree with their teaching or not.

I agree Blake! Doctrine divides but love unites. That is why Jesus said that all we have to do to fulfill all the law and the prophets is to love God and our neighbor as ourselves but we have been taught Since The emperor Constantine in the fourth century created the marriage of church state and within 50 years every citizen of the "holy 'roman Empire was forced to convert and BELIEVE or be tortured, imprisoned or even burned at the stake. They forgot about Jesus telling us love is all we need and interpreted what Jesus meant by reading , Moses, Paul, and the old testament prophets writings which are often nothing like Jesus demonstrated.

Most Christians believe in the book of Revelations. Most Christians believe in loving and “fearing” (reverence for God) and most Christians believe not all Ppl will not enter into heaven without believing in Jesus Christ. It is not based on universalism. Many believe in tongues, miracles, laying on of hands, prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit. Are you frightened by the fact that their are many ways to experience, worship and love God. IHOP Atlanta is an amazing place to visit and draw oneself to God. During the late hours, I have watched individuals come in and cry out such great sorrow - safe place. The music is not rock! The music is filled with heart felt love for God. IHOP is a safe place to express ones joy and sorrow. Anything different, is it always considered a ‘cult?’ Why must we label everything? Is everything all good or all bad? Many are full time missionaries and chose to not finish college. If you want to experience God with freedom (dance, sing in tongues, flag, etc) visit IHOP Atlanta.

You keep saying you need to fuse a “judging” God to a loving God. But yes if God is righteous and Holy He is the one who we will account for our sins to so He will judge the world. Just like we have earthly forms of judgment on this earth and I believe you would think that’s okay. In the same way God is love but also He is just and no sin will go unpunished because of His perfect justice. There’s a lot you got wrong here. Yes we should be afraid of hell. If God is a perfect and holy God He has to judge sin. But since God is so loving and merciful He sent Jesus to pay for our sins so by that perfect sacrifice and offering we can come into right relationship with God. Bob Jones also had some sexual sins he committed on women in the church and this also came to light. There were other things about Paul Cain, another prophet, that were known about Paul that weren't anything like Jesus. Paul Cain and Pastor Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel in Costa mesa Calif started out in ministry together but split and I have heard from a friend who was on staff with Pastor Chuck about some of the things in Paul Cains life and it is nothing like he presents on stage. . The fact that we have more so called christians that are quicker to accuse and name something as wrong without first laying out exactly how it contradicts the word of God is what I am weary of more than anything! just remember that the pharisees said that Jesus casted out demons by the ruler of demons Beelzebub, also please take note that how many christians do you see actually believing the WHOLE word of God and stepping out and preaching the Gospel as Jesus commanded us. I'd rather believe words of Christ and be called a heretic by man than stand before the Lord and give him an account of what I truly put my faith in either the Gospel of Christ or man's ways. Also I myself am not apart of the IHOP community church but I have taken classes at there Cranford, NJ campus.. in 2014 Ive fallen away from the church since then but have just recently sought repentance and Lord has been merciful in drawing me to the feet of Jesus... The division in Christ's church today is absolutely heartbreaking that we have more people that want to flip tables in the temple instead of washing feet.. We have one side that is against the gifts of the Spirit saying it was for the early church and yet scriptures do not bear witness that this is true also ask yourself if your argument is that they are wrong for standing against abortion, sexual sin, homosexuality, are these things ok what doctrine are you standing behind? Show the word of God and how IHOPs doctrines contradicts it? is it not a good thing for us to not fear the Lord or should we stay in our sins and says its OK Jesus loves me! FAR BE IT! that my friend is false doctrine! Or do you disagree with Paul when he wrote in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. We are called to be found in Christ so also Paul says to Work out your salvation in fear and trembling the bible says we are being saved. A lot of the things you spoke of do not contract the word of the Lord. Please layout the word if your going to call something or someone a cult. You may be calling Christ himself these words as your eyes seem to be focused on man and not the Power of our Lord Jesus Christ! also remember my friend an OFFENSE in the greek is to set a trap for do no be ensnared by the deception of the Enemy. Remember when John the Baptist was put in prison and sent his disciples to Jesus and asked are you the coming one or do we look for another? Luke 7:20-23 When the men had come to Him, they said, “John the Baptist has sent us to You, saying, ‘Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?’ ” And that very hour He cured many of infirmities, afflictions, and evil spirits; and to many blind He gave sight. Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things you have seen and heard: that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have the gospel preached to them. And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.” Dont let the snare of offense harden your heart to Spirit of the Lord and take your eyes off man and set your eyes on Jesus.

When one gets baptized by the Holy Spirit, they begin to realize that God is infinite. Although the God who stretched out the heavens and whose spirit raised his son from the dead may not fit into your niche reality. If you read the Bible it clearly speaks of everyone of these gifts that you refer to as “cult leader traits” being poured out on all believers. Yes even you! That word believe is big. And if one isn’t willing to make the sacrifices that it takes to let the Holy Spirit increase how will he ever know? Unfortunately we live in a time of abundance where sin is a bound and anything that we could want is at the tip of our finger, so submitting to the lifestyle of surrender in Jesus may be too convicting. Just reading Ephesians will give you a good enough understanding of this church International house of prayer.

I've been in all kinds of churches and have heard this as well when folks are afraid of God moving and changing their plans. Prov. 26:9

You mock the idea that “Jesus flips a switch”…read Isaiah 42 starting at verse 9. He’s doing a “new thing” and it’s not pretty. He’s been silent for a long time; He’s restrained Himself but it wont be forever. Frankly, they are right and you are religiously naive. And then you call Song of Solomon “pornography that made its way into the Bible.” All I can do is shake my head and shut you down.

You are using words of "sociopathy" but the eternal truths of scripture will not bow down to your limited understanding of them. It's always easy to tear something apart but you are not building anyone up in the Body of Christ which is what teaching is for. You are only tearing down. Repent and be healed. This is where the problem began in 1983 Mike Bickle claiming he was a true prophet of God period in which is led to IHOP now. I'm not sure if you're a Believer but hell is real. The beginning of wisdom is in the fear of the Lord. Knowing the condition of your soul and what you need to do to be saved. Accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. I'm a Republican and there's a reason I'm a Republican and there's a reason I'm a Republican. And there's nothing wrong with that. And I do have Christian moral values.Sin is sin. Lgbtq Double R Double T whatever. Lust of the flesh. I have spoken out publicly on IHOPKC website many times warning them. I am glad to hear there is some small amount of theological diversity, it is not well-represented in the teachings that come out of IHOP. It’s hard to tell from listening to their teachings and talking with their students! To be fair, that’s typical of most Christian fundamentalist groups. It sounds like this “diversity” consists mostly in small differences among Charismatic Christians. Ironically, Christians who proclaim the preeminence of the Holy Spirit tend to be among the most dogmatic with their beliefs, while also typically being the least aware of how the Bible was constructed and what the beliefs of other Christians are (on a deep level) whom they deem as heretical

@@vanguardmissions The Toronto Blessing - Bickle started it. Kundalini spirit, "holy" laughter, drunk in the spirit, teaching the "gifts" of tongues and to prophesy. Bickle, Bill Johnson, Rodney Howard-Browne, Heidi Baker, etc., money changers - profiting off the word of God with all their books, movies, CDs, courses, etc. Bethel music, Hillsong - people get into an emotional state. 24 hour contemplative prayer - hearing the voice of God, visiting God in heaven, personal prophesying - it's all corrupt. How about reading an actual bible and not a Passion version. What about praying for God's will to be done. People would rather declare & decree - even pray to Satan - to put him in his place. Satan has infiltrated the church and the false teachers know it. Having discernment is "being divisive". Well then, to everyone, welcome to this world, your home, you are a part of the incoming one world religion and won't have the discernment to notice. Like frogs being boiled alive, not even noticing the temperature rising and that you could have jumped out. There will be a remnant. A remnant left on earth when Jesus returns - not all these mega churches, mega musical stars, mega labels... fully infiltrated "Christian" entertainment - Satan is pleased.

I have a lot of theological disagreements with IHOP but I see nothing wrong with 24/7 worship and prayer. I do agree with being able to identify an “ihopper” by their language and dogma though. That said, I don’t know if I would discount them as believers. IHOP is also anti-racism so they are the furthest thing from “alt-right” politics.

Sir, you should watch after your own soul & be careful not to lead others away from the word of God by not knowing "profoundly' what the BIble teaches, the Word of God is our final source and the ONLY truth.... Not our own "spirituality that suits us" as you state. If we choose a spirituality that 'suits' us....we are then making ourselves God & making our own rules. IHOPKC likely has the most sound theology of any church in North America. The leadership is stellar and pretty much above reproach, they, leadership of ihop are human so sure they are not perfect, yet nearly everyone who preaches or teaches at a mic, if you listen to what is being expressed, it's easy to see that they have encountered Jesus and likely have even been to Heaven. Beyond all that, no other ministry have I ever been to {With maybe the exception of iris} have I ever: A) Actually felt loved. -Meaning while visiting with-whoever, I felt like they saw me through the eyes of love and not through religious condemnation. B) While being prayed for I was actually healed. C) while being prayed for my heart was actually transformed D) Often while being prayed for someone would have a actual "word of knowledge" that at that moment it was apparent that the word was a actual word of knowledge because no one else knew- that- except Holy Spirit,. And E) while being prayed for, I, myself, have numerous times been "layed out" /fallen down violently and was blissfully stuck to the flow worshipping Yahsua, getting up forever changed. Not to neglect to mention every single time I have ever visited there, my experiance with Holy Spirit excells to a place in The Spirit,. That makes me wonder why would I, or anyone do anything else. Furthermore,. IHOP, as a priestly ministry first, has actually faithfully done the joel 2 thing.. and because of their faithfulness north America still exist. And to the guy who made this video. You are doing the opposite of the works of the Kingdom bro. You will be awarded no points from this and possibly worse.

@Nonya Business Hi, thanks for the reply! What do you think about Pastor Mike Bickle talking about how most of the spiritual experiences he witnessed at ihop prayer conferences being not legitimate? I think he said it was around 80% that were not real and 20% were? Isn't this a little bit of a cause for concern especially because it's not being rebuked but instead encouraged? Furthermore, I don't think its that fair for you to say that the person who posted the video is doing the opposite of the works of the Kingdom and that he won't be warded points and instead receive the opposite.

@@Jepperyful I think what your referring to is likely Mike being humble and as realistic as he can be . I donno I have been visiting ihopkc for years.. since 2003 I think, and I have witnessed Holy Spirit move in various ways,. And it has been interesting to watch how ihop has tried their best to "do everything decently and orderly." Typically after a conference Holy Spirit does break out in small groups of those who are the hungry-est.. And for years I have seen ihop staff do their best to "manage" with a pastoral heart, those situations.. I THINK.. that unless someone has experience deligating a "enterdenominational" day and night prayer movement, with regular conferences, then they do not have a leg to stand on being critical of such.

@@nonyabusiness9747 Yes, I have to agree that Mike Bickle trying to be humble and realistic. Great to hear about the work being done in ihopkc though, I definitely think theologically things are sound, the only thing I worried about was the "false prophecies" or the possibility of individuals revering spiritual gifts more than the scripture. Yes, I do agree that it is quite important for someone to actually understand the heart of the people rather than the minority!

Check KZbin for IHOP Toronto Blessing, IHOP Kundalini, NAR, Bethel, Hillsong, Paula White denying Jesus is the only begotten son of God. All this heresy has infiltrated the church. It's a sign of the times "christians" think these beliefs are biblical. Pretty much all the big name evangelicals are on this path toward the one world religion of the Antichrist, as foretold in Revelation. They are the money changers - selling books & music to profit off the gospel and holy word of God. It's everywhere in mainstream "christianity".
