Devil there were 56 F-14Ds made with 37 being new air frames and 18 being re manufactured A and B models. This scenario is a little bit more historical than you may think

The reason they couldn't attack the airfield was because it was a "Single-Unit Airfield", which as you said is not a ground attack target as it's meant to be an easy to place down airfield that's not expected to be attacked in a scenario (as was the original intent behind this one before you modified it.) To build airfields with realistic targets (ammo bunkers, fuel storage, hangars, runways, etc.) you need to place down each of those specific units and then group them all together, which you can rename to whatever you intend the airfield to be called.

wait... F-14Ds existed, F-14Es didnt, but the stats ingame show them to be badass, you should do like a Final Countdown Scenario where a single CVN goes back in time to face the japanese fleet before pearl harbor

I never realized that Command Naval Ops worked with Tacview to provide a 3d view.

It's only with Command Modern Operations, CMANO does not work with Tacview.

So, does Cuba not have SAM's in this? I recall that, while there was little air combat over Iraq, there was an instance where a pilot had to defend against something like 7 SAM's because the Iraqi's launched them like fireworks on the 4th of July.

Should give cuba S200's and other soviet weapons beccuse they had alot of them. Should have added a russian missile sub or a russian surface fleet in Venezuela. Cuba is only 90 miles away from florida .
