I love how you end with, keep on truckin... i've been driving truck and living on the road to save money for a lawyer to get my rights back with my daughter. I'm actually heading back to my home state next week to pay the retainer and get things started. I've been truckin and now its time to command the court room. I lost every thing by default in a divorce i didn't know about...

Very informative, extremely helpful, I've learned more from command the courtroom, than I have from my own legal team, thank you

Thank you for all your videos. I've been watching through them all the last 2 years preparing for my court date. I like your honesty and humbleness. Could you make a video on what you do with Evidence/Exhibits? I was confused on my journey through this. (I do not have a lawyer.) There are no videos that really clearly explain the process. Thank you, Wendy!

I had the same issue with the mom of my kids. She said she's using marijuana on both the 1st and 2nd evidentiary hearing. There's also her negligence towards my kids medical needs by no providing medical attention as well as their vaccinations being overdue for more than a year in which I was able to provide the moment I had my girls over 2 months time. There's also the strong factor that her and her parents also lied under oath about abandoning my kids several time over the course of 8 months. The referee's decision was for her to have physical custody and shared legal custody. I believe by them lying under oath has affected the decision made. I do have my phone conversations recorded in which proves their lies in which I did not know I could have used. We both represented ourselves and failed to provide verbally the 12 factors of the child best interest. I have no criminal record, been working non-stop for over 10 years, have my own apartment and provide day care. I can't afford an attorney yet she can since she receives state assistance. I have to object to the referee's objection and any information would be helpful.

For grandparents in Missouri...your past is forever held against you till even after you die...they'd rather give kids to stranger danger than blood family

I recently represented a father who is a convicted felon. At the time I took his case, he was out on parole for about 9 months. The mother had no criminal history. The ten-year-old child did really well in father's custody. In court, the father came 100% clean with his past. After a four day protracted custody hearing, the court granted him equally shared custody. You are correct, it is all about the best interests of the child.

That is really messed up no offense but I dont believe in a child having a parent involved when they have a status like dat equalled shared costody? interesting i say this fro my own expeirnece that a child needs to be always protected from a father who is convicted

Unless there is evidence or it’s been reported then admit to nothing? If it happened five years ago and nothing was done then no need to admit to it? Especially if it’s been exaggerated 10 times??

I have a domestic violence past, how will that affect my parental and my child’s rights? I’m scared to even write up a pp. mother and I have broken up and she would like for our daughter to live with me (father). However i would like to have something set in stone For our protection. She has always wanted to be kid free anyways. I’m not sure what to do in my case, I’m a very loving and attentive father.

What about if the mother has been married 3 times in 3 years and has been divorced 2 of those times because of domestic violence? Do the judge take that into consideration even tho the domestic violence cases werent with the father of the child?

What if a grandmother tries to get her grandkids back from a father who was never involved before. after the mothers death he come out and takes them away and we belive he's like he hit the jackpot on food stamps and other benifits and other crap but he got away with it by lying to the judge saying he changed but the grandmother said otherwise but the judge jus took it as hearsay and belive the father instead
