Thanks, Greg. V helpful commentary as always. I've noticed that most people have a tendency to spread their feet wider when they power snatch or power clean than when they snatch or clean, in order to catch the bar above parallel. Is this ok or is it better to maintain consistent feet position for both lifts, even if that means using less weight for the power versions of the lifts?

I prefer the feet to land in the same receiving position as they would in the squat variations, but I also don't care enough to stop a lifter who's going very heavy in powers if he/she is going wider - however, it has to be within reason. A little wider is fine - once it starts looking like the high school football team in the weight room, it's too much. Basically if we're training powers at less than near-max and max attempts, I want the stance more consistent; if we take it up to maxes, I'm less concerned.

Greg, how tell when Steve is taking pressure off the ground and not finish during pulls? All 3 pulls at the end of the video look the same to me

He drops down to his heels while the bar is still moving up.
