Commissary? Whatchu Mean Ben?! "commercial kitchen"

We have a small restaurant nearby which we own the building but lease it to another operator. But part of the lease is that we have access to it as our commissary. We're looking to do a small commissary in our attached garage which shares a wall with the kitchen in the living area of our house. That would give us water and waste water disposal. Electrical is already there.

Thank you Ben for the answer regarding the commissary. Bought one of your fine 'Big Dog' carts awhile back. It's in the garage. I look at it every day. Im hoping everything works on it. It's even got a grill. The first thing that happened after I got it was Covid. Now here we are and no masks etc are required etc. I have a foot in the door to sell at Lowes. The lady that I bought it from sold there with her newer cart. As I write this I can honestly say that the only thing that really makes me nervous is the possibility of not making a really good hot dog because it's important to me that I make a great first impression with my future customers. The commissary challenge awaits too. I don't think that will be an issue but I am certainly hesitant on asking or paying someone to use theirs. I like the idea of building one to have my own but then there's the lumber prices in the clouds issue. I truly feel the drive to pursue this next chapter. I'm at a low in life that I've never been in. I had a great job before Covid and was laid off because of it. Since, and despite the "worker shortage", I've not been able to get so much as an interview. Right now, again, as I write this, I'm either going to become a millionaire hot dog man, a police man, or a substitute teacher. These are the 3 doors that are cracked open for me right now. Im leaning toward that hot dog door to be honest. Im just so nervous to spend money that is depleting with every bill. My wife (and best friend) has mentioned in her sweet way that we really need me working again. It's so embarrassing to not be contributing and to know that even family is wondering what's wrong and what's next. The bills are mounting and EVERYTHING has increased in price including at the gas pump. Monday I will force myself to go finally to the Health department and get that ball rolling. I need this. I watched your video on the Big Dog earlier and you mentioned that it was the cart that made you 300K with. That was inspiring. I thought to myself, man if I could only make a third of that I'd be feeling proud of me again. Thank you for the videos and the positive encouragement. I joined vendors united today. Hoping to meet some nice new people and future friends.

Hello Ben great videos. May I ask how many BTUs is each burner on the cash cow? And what gauge stainless is it made out of? Nice to see it's not that cheap quilted stuff.
