Notes:
at 5:33 I said bringing down the Blue and increasing Red would introduce purple and didn't notice it until right now. Huge facepalm moment. The word I was looking for was Orange, not Purple. My bad y'all.

Great tutorial! I am such a noob in the color grading tab. You make some of the least overwhelming color grading tutorials out there!

Thanks for describing the difference between the raw wb and the wb on the primaries tab. I come from a photography background so it's always a little disconcerting to hear that a tool doesn't affect the entire image or tonal range the same.

Another fine tutorial Nathan - I like the tutorials that make me think about how I work and then I self analyze my workflow. This video has done just that. I do agree with a few comments about the intro music- it wasn't that it was loud on it's own but in relation to your voice over - was hard to hear exactly what your were saying. The temperature and tints on regular clips like ProRes etc. I use the chromatic adaptation OFX - it tends to work in a similar manner to controls on RAW footage You control the Illuminant Type of the source (typically the color temperature the camera was set to), and that of the target that you want to transform the image to. I like how the sliders feel and work using it. Thanks again, I will be linking to this when it comes up in facebook forums.

Very simple but informative video as always. Can you please make a video on combining multiple power window for selection. It will be appreciated. Thank you...

Thank you. Also I was actually just going through my list and "advanced relighting and power windows" was the next thing I was going to cover. I will note that many times I've done this in the past I find I've had to use layer nodes to make everything work to kinda composite all of the adjustments together.

Nathan, I recently did a wedding where something was so far off in colors between my A7SIII and my buddy's BMCC4k. Would there be a chance that you could look at what may have went wrong? I've already looked at white-balance and tint differences which were negligible. But I was literally getting a yellow neon sign and he was getting a red neon sign and I'm blown away by how off the color of just the sign turned out.

Hmm I'm actually in the Arctic right now with very poor internet so I can't receive any footage, but I'm curious can you explain the workflow. Are you using color management, or anything like that
