As a BA, finding that adequate conversation to elicit requirements with your stakeholders can be a challenge at times. Communicating effectively within a team is key to being a valuable team member. Delivering projects successfully centres around communicating and relating with a team, with management, and with stakeholders at different levels within an organization.
This presentation will discuss how to navigate the delivery of projects through effective communication skills. This includes:
identifying your stakeholders and methods of communication to employ within a team;
formulating an adaptive style to successfully impart your message;
developing relationships with stakeholders;
and optimally influencing positive project success.
