I create and deliver transformative leadership development workshops. I often say to groups that 'low self-awareness is a form of suffering." This video highlights some of the reasons that is true. KUDOS.

Thanks for sharing. Well said. It really does seem that low self-awareness has a certain type of unnecessary suffering aspect to it.

Great video Alex. I saw myself in most of your presentation when looking at my past job experiences and my reaction when I got into stressful situations. Being self-aware is a plus to motivating my environment and achieving greater results. Thanks!

Alex, I took the time to actually do this - connecting the results gave insights to areas that need work and others that may need to be relaxed. Thank you - great content.

How do I respond to stress & workload? Definitely flight, then I shout out to God in my mind for solution when I can't find one on my own. Even though I am not in a leading position( a student), it hurt my eyes to see crappy leaders in the society. Especially, it is frustrating to see in church. Anyway, great video. Love from Bangladesh;)

TIL: people from Rhode Island are banty roosters, ready for a fight! But seriously, these six questions are great, and I've put them in a playlist I've labeled "the learning channel" because honestly I'd like to revisit these over the space of a few weeks, maybe tackle a couple every week just to give each one its due.

What drains me¿ working with people who don’t value time i.e bad time mgmt . Working with people that don’t know how to take a break from work I.e. workaholics

Good presentation
@alexanderlyon4 жыл бұрын
Makes sense. It might be better to focus on the type of work that drains you or gets you excited. Since this video is about your leadership awareness, I recommend focusing on your own development. Other people will surely have short-comings but use that to figure out more about yourself.
