I love this lesson!💖 WOW, I need to watch it again, and again. It is so deep.🤔😃 The way to change how other people see you, is to change the way you see yourself. We live in a Universe that reflects back to us what we send out. When you change the way that you see yourself, and you behave in a certain way that reflects your principles and your authentic self, you will radiate that energy to others. They will take notice at work, and they will change the way that they see you. Equally as important, is to change the way in which you are perceiving that other people are thinking about you. Tell yourself, and believe it, that people are "thinking" good thoughts about you .😊 Tell yourself that people, right now, see you the way in which you want to be seen. Feel it, and believe it to be true. Never underestimate the power of your feelings. Your "feelings" will speed up your manifestation of how you want to be perceived by others. This is being in charge of every relationship, and ultimately your destiny. It is being the captain of your ship. 🤗💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

These things have always fascinated me, and it makes me appreciate my life and being alive.😃💖

LOL, I'm laughing because you cheer me up, Dan.💖 The way you call us out on things is serious, but you do it in a humorous way. So my past relationships (all two of them) might have failed because I (power phrase) didn't actively communicate my needs. Maybe that's it.🤔 Now I'm getting somewhere.😊 I was always afraid to express my needs, and therefore I did not, because I (again, power phrase) believed that expressing my needs would make me appear needy . AND I know how much men hate needy women. My dad was not a good role model, and I didn't have a brother. I just thought communicating needs makes a woman sound needy, and that men hate that. Having a big brother to learn these things from would have been nice. But I'm learning now. 😊💖👍

@@TheWizardOfWords Well Dan, I like the way you put it better.🤣 You said that if the thought of making a video makes us want to "throw up," then we need to do it, because if we do the same thing today that we did yesterday, then we will get the same results today that we got yesterday. You are right. You are more than right about that! I need a bench mark. So don't let me get off the hook for making the video, even if the idea of it makes me want to throw up. 😂💖 I put into practice everything you teach me through your videos, and I told you I am already being seen differently at work. My principal, twice now, has encouraged me to please become a special education teacher. My principal also told me that compared to last year, that I seem more comfortable in my own skin. Thank you Dan, for my success!💖 But I'm not stopping now, no sir! This course you are offering now, is going to be right up my alley! I plan on taking it after the holidays. 💖 Christmas is coming and I want to save money. Also I am still in your "Stepping Out of the Shadows Course." Dan, what you said about if we do the same thing today that we did yesterday, then we are going to get the same results today that we got yesterday- those words are sticking with me, and motivating me to take the course! Also for me, being a number 5, I enjoy taking courses. I never in my wildest dreams though about taking a communication skills course, but that's what I need to come across more confident so that I will get those promotions at work. You make learning fun.😀💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
@SarahRejsa-oi6bqАй бұрын
Okay Dan, here it goes...😀 So if I am the person who is responsible for how I feel, and I feel what I think, that is to say that I first think a thought and then I attach a feeling to it, then I DECIDE if I feel like someone is meeting my needs or not. It would really have nothing to do with my hypothetical partner.😊 So if I were in a relationship now, I am the one who decides if my needs are met or not. It would have nothing to do with what my hypothetical partner is or is not doing. It is all in how I DECIDE to think, and therefore feel, about what my partner is or is not doing for me. An example would be this: "I can help the way I feel, but I have chosen to feel upset because I have decided that you aren't meeting my needs." 🤔😊 If we want them to fulfill our needs, then we need to serve them first by meeting their needs, and then ours will be met. But again, we are the ones who get to decide if our partner is fulfilling our needs or not. We are not at the mercy of them for our happiness. I get so much value from your videos, Dan, you have no idea. Thank you so much. I look forward to taking this course you are offering in the future. Man, if I am getting this much out of your introductory video, then by the end of your course I will be levitating. Thanks, Dan, for all you do. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

What we do in the present moment literally *does* change the past and the future. And what we do in the next present moment, and in the next & the next can change it all too. If you don’t believe this, there are simple ways to prove it, take off your shoes right now, and afterwards in the next moment, you’ll see that you changed the past (you took your shoes off) and you changed the future (your shoes are off now, which is the “future” of the previous moment when you took them off, and it will likely cause other future changes, like cause you to put your shoes back on, or you’ll go shoeless or barefoot for a while, it branches out into possible realities/ timelines).

Commenting! You are a force for GOOD in the world... Yes Christ consciousness (from Jesus Christ, the grain that was sown on the ground to release His Holy Spirit essence). I used to be new age, reiki master, ACIM, philosophical & spiritual teachings all roads lead to heaven UNTIL i was dying with cancer as a childless young woman, all my spiritual disciplines failed, I even went to see the Dalai Lama but alas death had me in its grip - until i cried out in my own home, God answered and showed me JESUS is the Resurrection, the Way, the Truth and the Life no one comes to the Father except through Him ✝️ ❤ for God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son that all who believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Love is an action, Jesus died for your sins and mine - not churchianity, not religion but God. Innocent is not necessarily without sin, and God delights in showing mercy ❤ keep shining brother, love you!

Dan, how do you deal with contradictory people? Even in situations where I have more expertise, she contradicts what I'm saying in front of our group and I don't want to argue with her in front of everyone. She does it constantly. I don't want to be mean, but I feel like something needs to be said.
@TheWizardOfWords2 ай бұрын
Yes, something needs to be said. If she is wrong, correct her right on the spot. If she is right, thank her and move quickly along. OR, if she is doing this all the time and disrupting the flow of the meeting, look directly at her and say "Trixie, if you have a correction or a different approach, please send it to me in an email; I don't want to take the time of the group discussing this point." Make this into a broken record, and perhaps she'll stop doing this in meetings. But you must keep repeating it firmly and don't engage her at all on the topic. Don't let her drag you in. Say your sentence and move along.

You helped me reclaim, own and validate my truths, which led to me to harness the energy and power to leave a very toxic work environment and find a truly wonderful new oppo. You also helped me navigate social interactions with a narcissistic mother figure. Thank you so so much and bless you Wizard of Words!!!

I would like some energy vampire slayer tees. So appropriate to my job. If you can make one in royal blue, I can wear it to work. Thanks for all you do to encourage us and keep us moving forward. I listen to you every day before work.
