My fav public speaker is Tom Bilyeu because of his contagious energy. His speeches move me and push into direction of manifesting. He is literally takes me of my shoes. And I believe it's this certain timeframe in my life when I needed it. So depending on the "season" and life shifts, other public speakers are Joe Dispenza and alike. I look forward to these series Alex!!! Thank you 🩵

It's a very essential skill for both social and professional spheres. The students of primary level must be taught the skill, and must be engaged in such activities in which they'll learn and grow as dynamic leaders. I do believe as an ELTer that this can be inculcated in students in the early stage. Leadership plays vital role in leading group or company to the path of success. Thank you. Is Elon musk considered a good leader? Is bill gates? Gates yelled at his employees at a very “negative” way.

These are good questions. The answer is, only the people who work with them directly really know. What we read about them--both good and bad--isn't necessarily the whole story.

Hello guys, i love your videos. Thank you for sharing your wise observations with us. I could not find one leader that inspired me, but my answer came to me as the following. I have many employees that report directly to me. It is them that inspire me to improve. I discover from them what i could do better for them as a leader. I have invested in myself to serve them better. I really like that i discovered this answer. I will use it to further engage my communications.

Leader should be honest to employees , don't lie. No matter how skillful you are at selecting words in communication but if you are not real, honest, you cant win people hearts

My mentor in IT did the following: Enocuraged me to learn and guided me when I was blocked. Included me in his life personally. There was no work person vs personal persona. Who he was at the core lead him to engage on all levels- work and NWR. Led by example. Apologized when appropriate. We all have bad days and moments and are off our game and that sometimes overflows onto others. Inspired through action more than words. He learned new languages, technologies, hobbies, and other life studies and incorporated them into our work environment. Rationale! Logical. Objective.

Excellent video. Will purchase the book and wait for other videos. One prof was the most inspiring person for me when I was a college undergraduate. He was kind to all - he focused on positive things. He included everyone. When he spoke, he was calm and clear and made eye contacts with everyone. He created a very inviting/welcoming atmosphere everywhere - in classroom, lecture halls, his home or office. Thanks!!!

My leader help me to improve my communication skills by exposing me to different leader by discussing our Project. At first, it was not good however she still motivated me and still let me discuss our topic until such time na I can do it on my own. 😊. I love those Leader who empower you even they know that we're not good but still they put trust on you. Hopefully all leaders could watch your video👏

Most of the leaders I had in the past were racists and discriminatory. I have never met a good leader in my life, except listening to great leaders in youtube.

That doesn't sound like a leader. That sounds like a boss. I think that's part of the reason why these skills are so hard to cultivate. There are not enough patterns around us in these "leadership" positions. I'm glad we have Alex and his videos to help us. We can be the patterns!

Dr Myles Munroe. Made me believe that I could become who I wanted to be arising from the aspirations of my blueprint. I was later on able to discover the gift that called the highest in me and understood that this gift constituted walking in my domain as assigned by Providence! I was able to write a book titled: The Desire For Change.
