I think the 1st property for Tim was ideal. It was on budget and the closest to work. Although I didn't see the kitchen, I think having a separate one would be more ideal. Additionally, the house had an ideal space for him to park his bike. As for the couple. That house they chose was my favourite out of all they saw. It had enough money left over to update the house

I would definitely had gone for the first flat, even just as an investment for a few years to then get something he preferred, I wonder how much rent he has paid in his two year search.

No, he did eventually find a home but to no one’s surprise, he had to increase his budget in order to get what he wanted. Gasp! 😂😂😂
