black guide is too high and you can fill the allen screew hole with 3D printed insert to avoid to case to fell off.

What is the correct spacing from the drop tube to the rollsizer die?

@@MD82321 based on my experience, distance between bottom plate and drop tube have to be =(lenght of case + 2mm). if proble occurs again, you can reduce it

What's the purpose of the roll sizer?

brett, the rollsizer removes the bulge at the base where the fulle length sizing die cannot reach, it brings the base back to a factory size, gets the case Concentric (can't do that with sizing dies) and squares the base of the case up with the rim. they are not obvious but they make a huge difference to reliability. You get factory grade ammunition with reloads even after 40-50+ reloads.

@@rollsizer5623 lol no one is reloading the same 9mm case 50 times. And even if you could the rim would still degrade and not be near as reliable as factory

@@randylahey2242 around 40 reloads ( mine), the 38sc cases were getting thin sidewalls and starting to crack. I shot the Nationals (3rd open senior) and a state title (1stbopen senior) with them. They were scrapped around the 45 mark.

So slow! for that get the manual operated one, install a cordless drill/or powered to the crank and it'll operate run faster process brass a bit more faster~
