They should do a tasting of a Peruvian whiskey (yes, Peruvian, believe it or not) called Black Whiskey, which is winning awards and recognition in several liquor fairs such as those in New York and has received very good reviews from Whiskey specialists. Our national drink is Pisco, which is totally different from the famous Scottish liquor, but in Peru whisky or whiskey is produced and it is very good.
