For me VR mods/injectors is first and foremost about the true 3D scale of things which puts you INSIDE a game. Flat gaming cannot compare. Being inside my favourite TES IV: Oblivion is a priceless experience. I can easily overlook any shortcomings, like playing with kb and mouse. VR rules.

I think they are great like the mods combat battle style games (Gorn, Blades & Sorcery, etc). Especially the Bioshock & Hitman Contract stuff for Half Life Alyx, love adding different weapons inside of a Half Life Alyx game.

I dream of a world where developpers include the vr option by default in any pc game, right from the official version. You launch the game and it asks you if you want to play flat or VR. ❤

It will be done on Indie games 1st...if they havent started doing it already...watch...😏

Big shout out to Luke Ross VR Mods. Yes, the alternate eye rendering method isn't perfect, but it squeezes performance and now supports DLSS. The best thing though is the head aiming. I love just moving my head and the crosshairs go with it. So much AAA fun. Watch Dogs 2 is easier on performance and equally as immersive as Cyberpunk.

Mateo if you have contact with Flat2VR developers please ask them about chance for VR port of Chronicles of Riddick. They already work with Starbreeze Studios so it isn't impossible.

Just finished an 80 hour Cyberpunk 2007 (Luke Ross Mod) playthrough. It was epic.

I played with the VorpX mod...it supports gesture controls with my touch controllers...

Cp2077 in vr with steering wheel, peddles and motion rig is amazing. Display port headset like a varjo aero, Crystal or bsb is the way

Same with GTA5, for a while, vr mod with steering wheel with 6 speed shifter mod, not much can compare to that imho

There is also more than one company doing ports. I'm fairly certain the company that did the hitman 3 vr port for quest 3 is the one bringing out the port for the PSVR2. They may do other titles later on.

I haven’t played Trombone Champ on a flat screen or in VR but looking at what Flat2VR accomplished, I can’t believe the game started out as a flat title.

I discovered Behemoth has a few mods out lately. God mode & the extended grapple hook mods are the best so far.

I realize this is on another subject but I just wanted to say I would love to see a review of the Logitech MX Ink Mixed-Reality (MR) Stylus, Wireless Pen Controller, and how it can be used with the Quest 3. Just throwing that out there.

Native is definitely better and more stable but the mods are helping keep VR alive! Cyberpunk is cool but aiming with sight isn't amazing. I feel the game also looses the vibrant colours and a bit of atmosphere but it's still really cool 😎

AndroidXR is wut we need to focus on...PSVR2 could be an androidXR HMD...Valve Index, Beyond, Pimax, etc...imagine a Valve Index with all its functionality...plus that of a Quest. AndroidXR optimizes, costs, development, compatability, scalability, and the list goes on...more games, acces to multiple libraries, mods, etc...wireles or wired, OLED, PANCAKE, FRASNEL, eye tracking, FOVvated rendering...come on how do yall nor see/realize this...the evidence is obvious and EVERYWHERE...🤦🏿‍♂️

My only real problem with Valve is that it seems they haven’t even really tried port Half-life. That would sell so many units if they did

it always comes down to the community to keep a game alive. Whether it be TF2 or VR as long as the people are enjoying it, the game can't die.

I have tried VR mods for years and I could never get any of them to work. It’s just too complicated and convoluted. I hope flat to VR succeeds in making all the old great games to be our great vr versions Dead space remake 😊 Dante’s Inferno Little nightmares God of war Scorn Halo Soul caliber Sonic the hedgehog Silent hill two remake Immortals of avium Immortals Phoenix rising World of Warcraft StarCraft 1 2 Diablo Just some ones I would be interested in seeing😊

People are too obsessed with graphics. Id prefer a better experience any day. It’s not like the Quest 3 Graphics are bad, they are good. Just not at the level of modern flat screen gaming. I have a pretty good PC but I cba with VR mods. On HL Alyx I’m holding off coz that seems like the ultimate experience in VR.

What are you going on about. Please explain where I am wrong. It can't be your initial comment because mods are on pcvr and standalone, flat2vr is not and studio but yes they started in modding.

Those are true statements. Are you ok? At 140 you missed a huge qualifier "for now" and yes jank is to be expected with mods, passion doesn't remove that, it just is what it is
