The way Mother Natalia speaks about our Lord overflows with love, so much so that her face truly glows! Thank you for showing the world how beautifully fulfilling a relationship with Christ is 🥰

❤❤❤ we need constant reminders to keep us meek and humble in our society. Thanks, Mother N. Your talks are ones i stop listening to others immediately to listen to your words on our Lord. ❤❤❤ keep nagging us , Mother. We need to hear these words regularly whether we then currently realize it or not. Yes, ribs out of place are very painful. Three on my sternum over my heart pop out when I sleep wrongly positioned. Horse trailer accident. 😂

Mother Natalia, you never have to apologize for delving deeper into the subjects of compassion and gentleness. In our modern world we have transferred so much of interaction with each other to online platforms, where we speak to each other in the form of digitized avatars. This results in a disconnection, and robs us of the warmth, vulnerability, and intimacy we would normally experience had these interactions been face to face. The end result of the virtualization of our exchanges is that we are being robbed of the very empathy that would produce compassion and gentleness. So, Mother Natalia, you are providing us a gift when you speak at length on compassion and gentleness, for our digital age has produced a deficit in these virtues. Through your own account of being personally wounded by the callousness of another, but also experiencing the compassion of others, you are giving us a relatable example for us to contemplate. That is worth far more than all the sophisticated theological treatise written on the subject. As always, thank you for being there for us.

I needed this today! I let a person who is close to me, but who picks and chooses what she wants to believe ( she is Catholic, but church hops, and believes many misconstrued negatives about the Catholic faith) she reads her King James Bible and says that’s all a person needs to do to be saved… And I wasn’t gentle in my disagreement with her… Thank you for this reminder!

i struggle at times with compassion and gentleness in my tone with speaking. I know it stems from anxiousness and worry. God be merciful to us and that all our actions be gentle and compassionate like you. Thank you for sharing, Mthr. Natalia.

Curious... what do you think about Gentle Parenting? I've noticed a lot of Christians are opposed to it, but I believe it is very biblical. I would love an episode on it.

I think people get confused with what it means to parent gently. To many it sounds like being permissive of bad behavior and not setting boundaries.

Not knocking Chiropractor doc, but make sure the pain in the ribs is not something elese. Lung, heart, and other pains can mimic rib pain.

Compassion & gentleness work, but don’t have it fall into the heresy of quietism. If so, you’ll find your compassion & gentleness taken advantage of by some nefarious people.
