Darren.....ok....I voted for you.....it was alittle tough between you and CJ.....but here's why for you: much more detail and small sweaks that I liked such as pushing the meat back from the end of the bones.....not crazy dusting on the bone side and such. This was the best laid out script I have EVER seen with amount of detail, great job! Also....you did a fantastic job of trimming from Spare Ribs to Comp St. Lewis rib rack......and the best looking rack I have ever seen, that includes Malcom Reed's.......I wish I was there to taste them..... congratulations from California

Great video! Going over to vote, fun idea. Love that color, not easy to get just right! I did my ribs membrane off for years. I don't anymore, not b/c of saving time, but mostly I'd hate how easy it was to lose bones, loose floppy racks with nothing keeping them together on the back side. .

I'm living overseas and I don't yet have access to a good smoker for my tiny barbecue area... Got any suggestions for cooking ribs with a small 2 burner gas grill?
@AshKickinBBQ
@AshKickinBBQ 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, run a two zone heating method and try to keep it at 250-300.For smoke, use wood chips in a smoker box or in a tin foil pouch. That's how I started.

Was the smoke tube needed or does the pit boss supply enough smoke on it's own?

I only use it for cooking hot and fast, not necessary, but a nice extra punch

Food service foil from Costco or Sam’s club. It’s wider than normal foil.
