I,m a also CA but don't tell a lie You described all point which support to CA, CS, CMA courses and negative impact on government job. Every field has its own pros and cons . If someone become CA /CMA/CS that's not mean that he will not work hard still he has to work hard. This rule is applied in every field of the world.
