I started in business aged 14 years old 53 years later I'm still self employed due to working hard. You reap what you sow is an old saying in UK. Very true in my case as I use to buy seeds, grow & sell flowers as a child. Progressed into woodwork and never looked back becoming a skilled cabinets maker after a 6 year apprenticeship, specialized in making expensive underground furniture. Coffins are nothing more than a very strong box with added trims and a quirky edge to each one I make. Short life above ground & a long life below ground my work is in most cemetery's in UK. Use to employ 9 people resulting in huge over heads. Profits are far higher working alone these days self motivation is the hardest, starting been the hardest part of any job. We all sadly must die and we all need a coffin so thankfully work has always come my way with out the need to advertise saving a fortune.

Bryan I have the exact same body type as you and have struggled with fluctuating weight as well . Recently I started intermittent fastening or time restricted eating . Essentially I only eat for 8 hours a day . Been doing it for 9 weeks . I’ve lost 10 kgs so far . I do exercise pretty much everyday but this diet seems to be what has helped the most . As well you need to be on a calorie deficit . As much of a pain in the arse it is keeping a basic dairy of what your eating each day does help . Good luck

Modern society prefer to watch and learn rather than read and learn. Why don't you just do a video reading of your book. It will reach a bigger audience. And guarantee reach a bigger audience, across more outlets. This video posting announcing your plans will most likely teach more people than any book, and be a great deal easier to get out there to and audience, I'm not sure if you ate responsible for placing ads in this posting or if it's youtube. But there was far to many for a 28 minute video.
