Hello sir , maintenance calories calculate krne ka formula ye h right . Weight × 25 × activity level (1.2 to 1.9 ) = maintenance calories Activity level = secondary activity level (1.2) Moderate activity level (1.3) Active (1.5 ) Most active (1.7) This is correct way to calculate actual maintenance calories formula .

I regularly doing 2 hr heavy exercise like jumping jacks , Russian twist and i also do 200 squads and i climbing 100 flight of stairs. I take only 900 calories. My bmr is 1800 calories.
