I have lower back issues and have been to physical therapy for it 3 times. The last and most recent time I went to PT, after I did all my exercises/stretches she would have me foam roll. & I would always foam roll my legs, back and lower back. But form (like he mentions in this video) is important. She would also do light massaging, E-stim, or the graston technique. Then after all of that I would hydrate and ice.

To roll your lower back, my coach has suggested to put the foam roller vertically(like rolling the groin) and roll one side and the other side of the back but not directly on the spine and bone part.

Foam rolling does not lead to myofascial release. When you are foam rolling, you are only compressing the fibrosis by "mashing" the two layers together (fascia superficialis and fascia profunda). Hence, you are not achieving relative tissue motion or releasing fascial restriction. To achieve myofascial release and "breaking down" the fibrosis between two fascial tissues, a more significant movement needs to take place between the fascial layers. Otherwise, keep up the great content! Love your channel

To make this long story short I started Playing football when I was about 7 years old. I played for 3 teams as a LM and RM. I won tournaments. I had talent I was told from many players and Coaches. I quit around age 13 because I didn't have a drive anymore (Dumb Teen rebel phase). Later on I realized my mistake of quitting and I instantly regret it. I played my junior and senior year in high school in Varsity. Im 21 now Im not in college and I don't know what do to I miss the beautiful game a lot. Should I start playing for college? Is it too late to go pro? Even for MLS? How do I get my skills back?

I had groin injury for 2 months now. Fking annoying... How i got it? Trained shooting training, after this a team invited me for 11 side game, played almost 2 hours, and i stupidly thought to myself i should practice more shooting cuz i wasnt satsifised with my game that day. But my game was bad cuz i felt pain in my groin but i ignored and kept going. I got so mad after my perfomance that i shooted so many times thill i couldnt walk. Tried everything, colding, foam rolling, light training but its not healed. Guys lend me ur energy..

Troll Army I'm no expert but I know that longer distance low intensity cardio helps to lose weight as well as low weight high repetition weight training. Also start to track your calorie intake as with apps such as MyNetDiary as if you're still eating too much you'll still remain or gain weight. Hope that helped if he doesn't reply👊🏿

It's not really exercise but the best way to lose weight is by diet meaning you eat less calorie than you burn in a day. The best type of diets include Keto or Intermitent fasting(look them up). If u r talking about exercises then burped have been proven to burn the most calories per minute but since you can't do burped for too long then u can bike or jog/sprint For an hour.

Losing weight is all about being in a caloric deficit. I just do intermittent fasting (eating all my calories for the day in a 4-8 hour window, fasting the other 16-20 hours) and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. HIIT is the best form of cardio to lose weight, and lifting weight helps.
