I don't know how it is possible.. I just finished my leg workout with thoughts "I don't think my exercises were enough for the gluts, need to research", came back home, opened KZbin and this particular video was in "recommended", I didn't even search for anything! Coincidence? Loved the video, will use use in my next workout. Thank you for what you're doing!

the way you show single leg glute raise is interesting. I like the way the other leg stays on the ground, forcing a little more of a rotation in the hip when raising it. Jeffersons are the best...I always get a glute cramp doing those...

Hey there, nice work! I've really struggled with injuries and just think lifting heavy wheigts is not for me so I have a question for you, DO you lift heavy wheights at all ? can I still get a nice shape and build muscle by just doing mobality excercises ? cheers man keep up the good work

Thank you! You will get BETTER results with lighter weights and mobility exercises. Heavy weights and intense skills are mostly for testing strength and showing off. Real progress is made with the basics and good mind-muscle connection!

I've been doing lots of dead lifts and sumo squats and hip thrust but watching your video has just enlightened me in that your exercises in this video would be great as my day off glute training in that it's great activation and strength building but not quite a full on booty growing that I could do as part of my ab workout day. Anyone Correct me if I'm wrong.... great vid please don't take offence I will certainly be doing it and subscribing

Thank you Sas! These will work very well on their own as a serious workout (Even better than deadlifts for glutes) , it depends more on well you can do them and learn to activate the glutes. Doing them on off-days for glute activation will also work!

I like these videos where you talk through the exercises....question, you know how TFL glute med and min are internal rotators, is there any advantage to rotate the thighs inward to get more activation?

It's beneficial to specifically work the internal rotation of the hips, but it's actually the opposite: externally rotating the hips will increase activation gluteal activation the most because you can abduct the hips.

you ever get issues in your knees? strength imbalances? I got a slight imbalance favoring my outer quad, resulting in mild displacement of the patella. uncomfortable as it sounds, my therapy needs to strengthen the inner quad. wondering if you ever ran into this before.

I haven't had knee issues, but many clients / training partners have had them and they often have been fixed by proper strengthening of the quads. There are 4 heads of quadriceps which makes it quite complex for many. Doing leg press or leg extension machine with MINIMAL resistance and trying out different angles and leg placements can work phenomenally well. You work the inner quad in the leg extension machine when your leg is turned outwards - I recommend working 1 leg at the time. You can also do duck stance squats or leg press.

The Jefferson deadlift can improves your glutes, however, doing it wrong can make you sing an octave higher.

I always wonder why the Central Europeans can't pronounce the "v" sound, and use a "w" instead, and "d" instead of "th". Being of German descent, I can say this... and being Canadian, I can say that!
