I am a fan of the Bold Voice App - it's made me focus on speaking more clearly - without a doubt. I usually speak UK English with closed vowels, rather than the American open vowels. (aa, rather than AAH). Eliza's pretty too

0:40 this impression of “Sofie Fatale” from kill bill 😂 Too bad she wasn’t speaking Japanese! I saw an advertisement for this on KZbin that basically promised to help foreigners learn to speak English like high school flunkies. “Whatcha” instead of “what are you” doing? That sort of thing. Just what we need.

The app shows pronunciation errors. Isn't Eliza a native speaker?

Hi there! You're correct that Coach Eliza is a native speaker. Her scores are in the 98-100% range. For the word "zebra" at 4:36, she purposefully mispronounces it to demonstrate how the app correctly detects the wrong pronunciation, and then she "fixes" it to show the correct scoring. Hope that clears things up :)

I didn’t like it it’s rude very rude when you type : wasn’t quite right 😡😡 I don’t care about accent and pronunciation as long as people understand me I don’t care even about English language 😡 rrrrr ererrr rrrrrouuuuerrr errrrr
