I got one of these Snap-On flex-heads but never thought of disassembling it..until now.

Nicely done. I'll file this away for when I upgrade to the dual 80 ratchets one of these days. I do have a 1/2" locking flex head ratchet though, and I don't think I've ever taken that apart. I guess that's a hint for me to go ahead and service that ratchet while I'm thinking about it.

Hi Nj VeNoM, You can purchase them online on the Snap-on website or find local dealer and see if they have one. If yours has failed it should be covered under warranty and thus be replaced free of charge. Hope all is well.
