+The Vegan Activist Great video! So refreshing to see a vegan activist talking about veganizm and not of who is on steroids IN EVERY DAMN VIDEO. >cough< You might want to add some later stages to this video, like it's better to drink rice milk than almond milk due to all the water needed to produce almonds, other consequences of eating the food of indigenous peoples, like quinoa, tricks like when eating mushrooms, they should be put under an UV light for 30-45mins to produce more D3, and more. Having videos like this really helps those who are clueless on what to eat and are suffering from mass cravings. It takes a meat eater many weeks to stabilize to a vegan diet. Oh, and cravings are often a sign of lack of minerals or vitamins. Anyhow, I'm rambling, good video mate!

You've absolutely incredible. For the past few months, every time I've cooked meat, it was in the back of my mind that this is wrong, this is bad, and I would literally gag on the meat. Also, I was starting to feel really bad-- low energy, always tired, low appetite. Here, in the states, it's perhaps the biggest lie that "vegan food" is too expensive, which is why I held out for so long. You've truly inspired me to make this change immediately. I started today, but I'm determined to live a cruelty free life. Thanks so much!

Green Soviet Good for you! (and the animals and planet). Yes, trying to eat out can be problematic and we have to trust restaurants when they say something is vegan. I've found a local pizza place that does a vegan pizza with rice-based mozzarella and I'm sooooo happy about that. I'm planning to contact all my favourite local restaurants and takeouts to offer a free menu makeover to include information for allergens, calories and other dietary requirements.

I went vegan for a while, and then became tired and lethargic. I think I wasn't eating enough as I was eating the same amount as I would eat on a omnivorous diet. I'm currently relying on my parents for food because I'm home from uni for the holidays, but as soon as I go back I think I'll try it again. Thanks for the motivation! ***** I know how you feel bc we don't have much money at home either, and nobody from my family is vegan. I just want to make clear that all vegans in their videos say that going vegan is really easy, you can do it over night and if you say you can't then that are just excuses... well,, In your case this clearly wasn't the case... I guess they're all wrong then - we're not all the same and we can't all go vegan over night.

I want to seriously thank you for making these videos!!! Having been vegetarian for 14 years I finally went vegan after watching your why vegetarians should go vegan video. Having gone vegetarian at a young age I supplemented my diet with over processed foods and cheese and since going vegan over a week ago I have been following a plant based whole foods diet. I have never felt better, I'm finding far more healthy options as a vegan than I ever did as a vegetarian and can see such a difference in my weight, fitness, skin and energy levels. All this plus I know I'm doing more to help the planet and the animals. Thank you so much you're video changed my life :D

Today is day 4 of no meat/dairy/animal byproducts. I wanted to go vegan for a very long time, because I love ALL animals. I realized that I had just been socially conditioned to think that the torture and murder of innocent animals was "normal", and to not think about the fact that these animals had a LIFE. I quit eating meat and dairy cold turkey and I can't look at it the same since I had this epiphany. Thanks so much for all this information! Much love ❤️

Thank you, amazing Vegan activist. After watching Earthlings I have decided to become vegan, right now I am not fully vegan but I do not want to be transitioning for months because I live on myself, I don't have parents to confince or anything, I can just stop buying non animal products. So that is what I am doing. I still have 1kg of whey powder (i work out) in my room, I will not throw it away, but it will be the last animal product in my house, I am already doing groceries and watching what I buy, no animal products for me anymore. I m also looking for vegan recipes. My sister is vegetarian but she is young and lives with my strict mom, so she waits to transition but she stopped eating meat for months now, so we support eachother.

I just want to say thank you, well done video i could show it to anybody who isn't and they would know "what to do," to be able to wrap their mind around it. So thanks, and you have a great voice too (I see others complimenting your voice too.) Keep it up, calm, helpful & compassionate. You may have found a path of what you were born to do-educate, share and enlighten (and I'm a former professor so giving you your props!) I'm gonna share this on my blog.

What a beautiful, gentle spirit you have about you. Thank you for this wonderful and informative video. I have almost wholly transitioned to a vegan diet...although there are a couple things I am struggling with. Time, patience and effort will pay off in the end! Keep on keeping on, right? God's blessings upon you.

This video made me feel more reassured about what I'm doing. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed thinking about what to eat, especially since I cook for a family, but now I just feel more like it's possible. Plus I never want to eat another animal again if I can help it!
