just a for warning to people trying to get into this game like i did if you have a life or play anything else do not waste your time. the game is free but its also turns the grinding and farming up by 2000% if you want even a decent build and thats if the RNG allows it

Unless they changed something recently, you do not get all the starter cards until after your first prestige.

I've played WoW in the past for a very very very long time. Started today, played about 2-3hours maybe and got to lvl 12.. is that normal? o.0 I mean for a normal vanilla server back in the day THAT was normal. Great compilation of how it all works! I didnt understand a thing since I am new but I will pop back to your video the more I play.

Well done, it is a good pve game, if you're looking for pvp however 90% are in there for "free" experience and honestly don't care if they win or lose because its the other persons fault anyway so they just ran mid. The system is simple but complex in the sense that it isn't hard and it makes sense but not much effort is put in to explaining it to players...you did far better then Ascension did.

Wow Vet but Ascension noob here, I did the Mistake to Face the Adventurer Trial on my First Character. No MS, no grouping, no BG, only Questing and somehow making it above lvl 22 right now. I Rolled Dragon Taming with Charge, HS and Victory Strike in hope of somehow ending up as Dragon Knight, Lo and behold, i Am a Fireballslinging shaman with the starterdragon right now, With Manabarrier, Renewal and Spellblade i kinda possess infinite Health as of right now but got no AoE. If i should ever get Battlemage talent, everything is gonna change rapidly though

It is very complicated. I have been playing for a week and am just going to start over. 😂 I made so many mistakes.

I was overwhelmed. After watching a few videos I did learn some stuff. #1 just start playing. Pick some abilities in the begging that you want for a build, imagine what you want your build to be. Go for a sort of archetype and pick those skills. As you start to play, it starts to make sense and is very intuitive. #2 The type of abilities and talents you choose will INFLUENCE what you get in the future. So the game has built in systems so if you are choosing warrior skills and fire skills it will influence you to get more abilities and talents that work with your previous ones, and synergize together. This was a big moment when I realized this. Now they will influence but not 100% get those, that's what makes it fun. My suggestion is to just go for it. I tried area52 first, the free pick because I was worried. I'm glad I just tried the season, it's really fun. #3 Don't worry about everything. I know I'm probably like you and want to know everything about my build before hand and what everything does so I can be efficient. Don't worry. Play. So many rerolled, I rerolled some of my starting skills after lvl 10. Depending on what you get, might define what build you want to move towards. It is still a bit of a shitshow, but it's so much fun.

Its overwhelming at first just go slow and dont pressure yourself. Alot of the community is very helpful yes they have your typical trolls "way more now after all the advertising" ive been playing since season 2 and am always happy to help someone new just like so many other players. Just dont stress it you will learn everything in time.

Glad it helped. Yes all skill cards You acquire are account bound so You can even use them on different chars

Hey, You dont have to pay. You can just complete objectives and still get rewards normally.

Yep. Elune is realm where You roll for skills and area 52 is one where You have free pick and just choose what You want.

Im still early into the game. Lv29. But I cannot use any skill cards and i get the red message saying i gotta be below lv 10. What do I have to do, to use skill cards? My pool is still very small but no one in any video explains why skill/talent cards can’t be used. Or I might’ve missed it entirely in the videos. Again it could be that, its still too early game for me.

Hey Man! Welcome on ascension. Skill cards can be used only on level 1-10 on brand new character or after reaching level 60 and prestiging which will reset Your character back to level 1. If this is Your first char, then You have to get to max level first and gather some cards from worlddrops and card packs.

I waz lvl 60 and enter in lvl 1 again, prestige. I can use specialization 2. why we need to enter in next specialization? Is my hero be stzronger later or what? I see is the same strong like before in low lvl.

Hey, the specialisations are for having a couple of builds on one character. Prestiges are for getting a chance for using new skill cards and new rolls for skills.

Crusader strike has 3 charges. What does that mean?

THis means that You can use it 3x in a row, and it doesnt have a cd but a recharge timer for each attack.

I would suggest Elune, as this is current season realm with random classless mode. If You prefer planning and choosing Your abilities and talents yourself though, start on area 52

Click "N", go into the "vanity" tab, then sort by "known" and there You can find a scroll that can teleport You to stromwind, main alliance capital. Your friend should be therer already.

Call board cache can get upto ilvl 82 gear lol atleast thats as high as i got so far and dont skip the greedy demons ect in the manastorms easy money. Once u hit 60 manastorm gets way harder during leveling they are a joke and you can solo lvl from 10-60 in less than an hour doing them.
