i work in TCS and believe me.. you should not stay in TCS for more than 3 years after joining it as fresher .. i joined here 2 years back as assistant consultant and first year did not get hike.. this year i will get then again i will switch.. this is how you can beat the inflation.. don’t stay in one company for more than 3 years.. TCS is my 5th company 😅

keep trying I am from MS power platform background - I too got rejected from several comp as they need 5yrs of exp but I knew I can crack interview in my field - now I am serving notice period from last 1 week - got a hefty hike --- if you have tech skills no one can stop you - Switch ASAP possible - I will complete 3yr in TCS on 20th May, my current ctc is 4.70LPA

@@prajju8114 bro every IT company showed profit in the financial end audit, a lot of my friends did switch in last 3-4 months, believe me keep trying, keep applying daily without fail you will be able to find good match - also keep preparing for interviews as well because it might happen then when you are least prepared you get an interview call

I got an opportunity from an Agritech company in Bangalore in 15LPA in operations domains. But wanted to be in IT consulting field what should I do how much will be the salary increment in tcs after MBA. and will I be able to switch to IT consulting role after ops?

Hi, Your salary in TCS will be less than what is being offered to you are your placement. Moreover there is no surety that TCS will give you a consultant role. But they are saying now if manager or senior manager will do if they approve only then we can give you transfer so can you please tell me is there any chance of transfer? Hi, If you unallocated, then technically you are reporting to RMG, so the RMG is your manager and only there approvals matters.
