48:30 Haven't you just destroyed the new water pump by running the engine with empty coolant system? The manufacturer strictly forbids performing 2 actions - moving the shutter manually and rotating the pump with "dry" bearings.

No sir, you don't have to worry about destroying anything if you turn the engine on for a few seconds. If you let it run for more then 5 minutes probably it will affect it. I never had any problems and I've been doing this for more than 6 years now.

Thank you for the video! I just bought a 2014 Golf MK7 2.0 TDI. EA288 engine. It has about 90,000km on it. I had the timing belt replaced immediately, but now I'm worried about the oil pump belt. Should i have it replaced too? Or can it wait?? Thanks again, Sir!

Of you only have about 90000 km you're safe so far, I recommend you to replace it again with the timing belt at maximum 150000 km and do the complete kit with the oil pump belt. Don't worry, you're safe for the moment at this number of km.

Hi, is it possible to tighten the Crankshaft's bolt from above the engine as I dont have access to a car lift and don't think I'll be able to use a counter hold tool and do tidening at the same time from under the car. Or is it ok to use an impact gun for tightening the bolt. Thanks.

I recommend you to lift the car on jack stand and. Tight it from underneath. You don't want to do this job wrong cuz it can cost you a new engine. 👌You can use an impact gun also..
