This 30 minute yoga class was designed to help you move from an active and energized day or afternoon to a more grounded and soft space to complete your day. This class is perfect for you if you still have some energy or tension to release and would like to enjoy a combination of active work and passive release. As always, this yoga class can be practiced at any time! You will begin this class in a standing position but you will gradually make your way to the ground and ultimately to Savasana at the end of class. Work out tension and tightness with active movement and breathing, including sun salutes and spine strengthening (chest opening) postures. Half way through this yoga class, you will transition from active and energetic poses to postures that will stretch your legs, hips and shoulders. Wide-legged low lunge and pigeon and reclined twisting are just a few of the highlights. Enjoy this class which moves your energy and will be a reset for your afternoon or evening.
