After a tough & beautiful morning trail run - I needed this, now for a shower! Thank you Erin - stay safe and I appreciate you putting these blocks of classes together as well as your from home classes since we have all been close to home due to Covid19. I just wanted to thank Erin and Five Parks Yoga for offering these Deep Stretch classes, especially the 20-30 minute practices. I only have a limited amount of time to practice in the mornings before I head off to teach at a public school, and these classes have really helped relieve my neck, shoulder, back, hip, and hamstring tightness/ pain. Before becoming a teacher, I taught Yoga and group exercise classes, so the transition to a classroom has been very difficult for my body. My request would be more 20-30 minute deep stretch classes that address all the usual suspects of pain/discomfort. Thank you again!

I enjoyed how you explained the technical aspects of each pose (where to feel the stretch, where to place your limbs, keeping the hips neutral, how to modify, where to relax etc), as I find some teachers just state the pose name. Helpful to know how to adjust the basics of a form as a beginner!

I'm 65. This was CHALLENGING, and marvelous. I loved the breathing focus. and the breathpaced flow. About 12 yrs ago doc put me on High Blood Pressure meds - dang i been getting stiffer and stiffer immediately since then. About 15 yrs ago an interiim female doc had told me i needed to do some cardio exercises, but sadly enuf she wasnt the regular doc and i did not realise what would happen 3 yrs later - emergency room w 220/110 or something. I'd been doing yoga sporadically since age 24 and was not overweight or eating crap - so YOGIS keep up your cardio and dont for anything let them put you on Blood Pressure Meds.

Finally! Relief, release & relaxed. Thank you so much for making this video. This is my third day back into an exercise regime. My body was screaming at me this morning even after last night's Epsom soak. I tried multiple videos before finding this one. Because I am not experienced in yoga, I just couldn't keep up with them. There was just not enough time to even get the form correct on each pose let alone find the stretch I so desperately needed. Thank you thank you thank you for giving ample time really find each muscle and relax into the burn. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos and doing this one again. Probably even again tonight after getting all my workouts finished.

Thanks for your feedback Ashleigh! Keep up with your yoga practice. If you are doing a lot of exercise and newer to yoga, I would highly recommend that you practice and search for deep stretch/restorative classes. Try some yin classes too, they can really help balance things out if you are exercising a lot.

Thank you, I needed this! I could not reach all the poses but what I could do really helped. Was feeling all emotional from PMS before, but now I feel calm and relaxed. Also had an emotional release from the right hip stretch, so I guess that was needed as well! 😂
