So far best kettle bell trainer ever encountered on youtube! Its real fun. A short explanation in the beginning. No talking in between. Little videos that show whats up next. Just perfect!

Hi Caroline...hi everyone...many of us had new kettlebell yesterday so I hope we all had fun! I loved my first ever kettlebell workout...I can feel it today! Today’s looks intense! I really enjoy doing complexes but you have to work hard to get through them! They really work on endurance and today’s workout works the whole body! Have a great workout everyone! Matthew

I started with the 15min full body for a week, then did the 30min full body for my 2nd week & now I’m on day 2 of this & I am dripping with sweat! Thank you for all of these videos & info you give. I’m so glad I found your page!! ❤

done Nov 08th,2024.This work out pushed me out of my limits.I just have one kettlebell(20 kgs) so i adapted some exercises with my dumbell( 8 kg)...i'm always pledging Jesus to help me make my day, and He NEVER fails.Shabbat shalom to everybody.Praised be THE LORD!

I fully agree. I need my daily does of pump otherwise i feel like crap. It is not about weight anymore. There is so much more to fitness, aesthetics are just a positive by product of it.

I'm 8 weeks postpartum with my 2nd and am going through the kickass kettlebell series for the 2nd time now. I do it every other day (I'm not insane) and my metabolism would like to thank you, Caroline🎉 my already wonderful postpartum time has been made even better by the energy and confidence boost I get from your workouts. I just finished this was an absolutely 30 min of highfun, I was so happy and thanking Caroline the whole time, I always wanted to try Kettlebell workouts , so I am looking forward each day for the new experience!!!! I’m on my third week of the Complex KB workout and each workout I am able to use heavier weights longer and my endurance keeps improving. My body isn’t as stiff and my range of motion is so much greater. I am grateful to you, Caroline, for sharing your workouts with us! It had been a game changer for me in regaining my strength ❤️

I'm super sore from the last two days too!! Quite funny trying to move in the middle of the night 😂. Got nice a stretched out during the workout tho. Felt great! Another awesome workout! Love full body, love complexes..it was perfect.

Loved the 2nd day kettlebell work out, used 20 lbs and 25 lbs kettlebells, followed by the 10 min ab complex .Caroline you are soooo good to us. A big thanks to you.😍😍😍

Hi Jessica...yes like you I do worry a bit about Caroline’s workload! I’m sure she loves the workouts and would do them anyway and she loves interacting with her community although this must take up a lot of her time too. But as you say the work of editing etc is a lot! I think the best thing for us in the community is just to keep giving her our love and support and showing her that we care about her as a person as well as being our fitness instructor! Just started following. I belonged to a kettlebell studio several years ago. I really like doing the 5 min warm up. The 10-15min ab workout. And then, one day of the Day 1-5 workout. Or your 30min or 45min workout. Excellent workout. And a lot of fun.

Hi Jennifer, likewise! Complexes are more about challenging ourselves to smash the exercises within the given minutes. I really enjoy them. Time flies by leaving you feeling all fatigued with a good workout! Hope you enjoy this one.

I passed on yesterday’s workout, but enjoyed today’s exercise. It is my first time using kettlebells, 30 minutes was perfect and I liked the swing finisher. I am waiting to feel the difference between a dumbbell workout. Nice to see everyone and thanks Caroline!

Wow, this workout was no joke. It was like strength training and cardio modes in. Those kettlebell swings really got my heart rate up. Near the end she was going so fast I was like ok, let’s do this and was able to keep up. I did paise the workout once because I wanted to complete the other side and the timer had finished. And once I only did 5 reps instead of the 10 each because I knew I wouldn’t have time to do the complete other side. But I kept moving and Caroline always says “make this your own workout “ so that’s what I did! This was great and I can’t believe how quickly it went by. I thought 3 minutes was going to feel like an eternity, but it went by way too fast, I felt like I was really pushing and going quickly to make sore I fit all my reps of each in. Great format and I’ll definitely be doing this again, especially when I want a quick full body workout and don’t have much time.

Hello Marion, I am certain you'll enjoy this workout.As Matthew and Devansh say, we all have our demons and it is important to love every part of your body and do your best to avoid negative thoughts. When they come, remember every step you take in doing the exercises and be proud of what you have achieved so far and let time do its work.

Hi everyone, I just finished Epic 1 a few days ago and im so in love with these programs. (She is Amazing) I am on day 3 of Epic 2 but i was wondering if anyone does more than 1 workout a day being one of her shorter workouts for a more intense day?

I always combine her 30 min workouts with another short workout I find on youtube or I just go for a run/long walk during the day :)

Yes you can if you have the energy for it! I did a cardio routine or a core workout on some of the lighter days! I find upper arm days tend to be less intense in terms of exertion unlike legs so I supplement at times! But really you don’t need to if you don’t wish for it!

Did tis yesterday with an assortment of single dumbells of 7, 9 and 12.5 kg. It was pretty tough, some pauses were definitely needed, but I really enjoyed this one. Thanks, Caroline!

I’m a little late to the game on CG workouts.. but here to say I finished EPIC 1 (sans hiit workouts) and decided to do this kettle series before I move on to Epic 2 or another cg program and WOW.. these are killer! I’m drenched in sweat and feeling great!!💪… cannot imagine how I could get through this without epic 1 under my belt😅

I haven't been able to have access to a gym this summer and im working at home with just a kettlebell. this series is one of the only at home workouts that leave me with that same shaky wobbly muscles I get at the gym. fire

That was some full body fun!!🤩 Love complexes! Really enjoyed all the combinations today too. Couldn't do the single arm swings with my dumbbell so I just did regular swings.👍🏻 Complex 1, 5 and 6 were my favorite. Loved doing the walking swings. Complex 8 was the most tiring! Another great session. Awesome series so far. Thanks Caroline for always keeping it fun. Onto Complex Abs😅! See you all tomorrow!

Hi Melinda...yes this was another great workout wasn’t it! I enjoyed it...some complexes with my 12 kg kettlebell were hard as you say! Couldn’t really manage the windmills with 12 kg! Glad you had a good workout and have a lovely day! Matthew
