on week 3 doing this kettlebell kickass series...6 DAYS WORKOUT W/1 DAY REST. Combined w/ clean eating, I have dropped 1 dress size & 2 inches on my waist! THANK YOU!!! This works out my entire body. I feel stronger, leaner and healthier. Its great doing a workout that doesn't exhaust me

I'm not the fittest. Far from it. Started, only did 28% but I'm proud of that percentage cause it's more than I've done with my kettlebell since buying it a good few years ago. And will enjoy the aching thighs tomorrow. Can't wait for day 2. Thank you Caroline. I've done a few of your upper body workouts, most never to the end but I return to your and only your workouts every time. Your personality honestly and your humble spirit is what also brings me back.

I love all of your workouts!!! I'm 63, work in a college rink and the students, players and staff all were so fit I decided to see if I could get back into fighting form one more time. I've always been athletic, stopped and started countless exercise routines. I came across your workouts, tried a few, and I'm hooked!!! I can't believe the definition in my arms and legs!!! And I've only been at it for four months!!! I love the variety of routines to choose from. I thank you a thousand times over!

It is great to follow you and your work-outs. It is a great help in my weight control! Doing your workouts has helped me to get my weight down from 105 to a healthy 78 kilos. I am feeling reborn!

As a 50yr old man, I used this series to help with my strength and flexibility, but oh boy, I did not expect how much improvement all around and especially on the golf course after 6 weeks of consistent workouts using only a 20 lbs kettlebell. I know most men think oh it can't be that hard, coz that's what most of guy friends thought until they tried and had their butts kicked by Caroline!!😂

Just finished the Ultimate Beginner program on the app and thought, great, now I'll be able to crush all of her other workouts! Not so much, lol. This was my first ever kettlebell workout (only 15 lbs) and I couldn't quite get through it. Almost made it! Gonna keep at it, and be patient with myself. I'm 60 and strength training for the very first time in my life. Thank you Caroline, for all you do!

I am hoping today my doctor gives me the go ahead to work out with weights post my surgery recovery. This past week I have been viewing your workouts and feeling like a kid in a candy store not being permitted to buy candy lol! This is how addictive and effective are your workouts are. Finished Epic 2 and I definitely feel stronger! More importantly, the whole process has helped me start the habit of doing regular workouts. And I don't think I can do it without Caroline's videos. So thank you!

watch what you ask for coz you might receive, few days ago I was thinking how lucky are the dumbells' fans with all the Epic workouts available to them and how cool it would be if Caroline did more of kettlebells and here it is. Hi Devansh, Matthew! Caroline's 15 minute kettlebell full-body workout is definitely something. I have not dared to even give the 45 minute session a try cos just 15 minutes is enough to leave me as sweaty as her HIIT or Cardio sessions. And yes, kettlebell is so much fun. Requires a bit more coordination and being more present during the workout, I think. Cos one slight jerk and I have had it! Right now it is taking me every ounce of mental strength to not do this workout cos I finished the high knees HIIT a while ago. And I'm so dead:) Have a great session! 👍

There somthing really satisfying about KBs and this workout maximises that to the full. Used 20 kg KB and just loved this as you can really get great deepth and good balance. The swing/squat I love, but I have to say the last 10 seconds really are tough and the heart rate climbs. Romanians and Bulgarians I'm really enjoying and Sumos the stretch feels so good. Finally the finisher, wow, at the end I thought someone had swopped my KB for a jackhammer as my legs took the shakes. Caroline so nice just to use different equipment for a wee change and I can't wait for tomorrow, thank you 😊 loved this one ❤

@@anthonycarson2541 Yes...I know...I collected mine from Argos in Bracknell which is in a huge Sainsbury’s. The young woman who took my order said she’d have to get it from a store right at the back of the building and it would take a few minutes. I felt sorry for her carrying it so far! But at least I hadn’t got a 20 kg one!! Matthew

This was so great! I used a 25lb dumbbell instead of a kettlebell, but that is okay. It still works! 🤩

Caroline! New Yorker here 🙋‍♀️ Thank you Sooo much for all that you do for us! You are making me stronger everyday not only physically but mentally! During this time it's hard to get to a gym safely but with your workouts I dont even feel like I need the gym..you're a powerhouse of a woman and I appreciate your work so thank you for killing it!

Good morning! It was great legs day. Though I haven't got the kettlebell yet, I did it with my heaviest 13 kg dumbbell. I love strength workouts. Hope I can walk tomorrow) Thank you so much💛💙

Used my dumbbells too Elena..it workout out great with them. I then did the Bulgarians afterwards. I really help I can walk tomorrow too😂. Love it!

I’ve been doing this workout (honestly, not even all the way full in one day yet) for the last two weeks and have already seen a major transformation in my legs. I’ve been sore almost non stop for the last few weeks, too! 😂 can’t wait to keep this up and maybe one day finally make it through the whole thing in one go before my legs give out!

Wow! This is the hardest workout I’ve done in over a decade! I used my 30lb kettlebell and half way through wished I had something lighter. But I made it with a few extra pauses on the way. And now my legs are jello and hopefully I remember to use the railing next time I have to go down the stairs 😂

I did this tonight, if this is what the workouts will look like in epic heat we are in for a treat. As quick as this workout was I really felt it. My hammies for the half rdl's using a 12lb wait felt like they wanted to cramp. Have fun with this workout. I know I did. 💜 Caroline

So much fun! Love kettle bell workouts. Bulgarian lunges are so brutal, but so effective! Legs felt super worked (and wobbly) after this workout! Thank you Caroline! Cheers to a great week ahead all!

Loved it, did it with 6kg dumbbell, but with very fast pace, keeping postures correct. Since it was first day I did it with light dumbell but will surely do it with 12kg tomorrow.

Thank you so much. I chanced upon your workouts and have been doing them for a month, 2-3times a week, plus runs and rest days. My mummy belly is finally going, after 5 years. May I add that I have been diligently working out for 2 years, but no shift in mummy belly. In fact some of my previous workouts were making my thighs explode. Def not what I was after. But now with your workouts, I find them straightforward to follow, they're not too long and I am SLIMMING DOWN, and enjoying my ice cream too. Thank you CG!!

Plus, you've inspired me to try for a half marathon. That's my carrot, a few months away but hey....one step at a time. I had had it on my bucket list from 10 years ago, but thought that once I had kids, i should just forget about the "impossible ones'. But having read that you are a mum and still do ultra marathons, and met other similar women, I'm inspired to give it a shot,....at my pace though 😉

OMG. We are truly spoilt by Caroline. She goes over and beyond for us. I'm truly grateful and honoured. So many varied workouts. I'm spoilt for choice. I did the KB workout and the add on and I absolutely loved it. I do love the option of doing 30 minute workouts because sometimes trying to find time in your busy day especially as things are opening up is becoming increasingly more difficult. Caroline...as always on time and in touch with us. Thank you. 😘👏🏾👏🏾💯
