Reasonable rate. My contractor took 4.5 lacs for same meters and paid😢😢😢 almost same construction

കരിങ്കൽ കൊണ്ട് മൂന്ന് വശം അതിൽ രണ്ട് വശം 8 അടി ഉയരവും ഒരു വശം 4 അടി ഉയരവും ആയി ട്ടുള്ള 80 മീറ്റർ ആകെ നീളത്തിൽ retaining wall മാത്രം ചെയ്തതിന് എനിക്ക് 9.5 ലക്ഷം ചിലവായി. ഇപ്പോൾ വീട് വെക്കാൻ വലിയ തുക ലോൺ എടുക്കേണ്ട സ്ഥിതിയിലും ആയി. വല്ലാത്ത മാനസിക പ്രയാസം ആയിപ്പോയി ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ ചതി കാരണം. ചില കോൺട്രാക്ടർമാർ അങ്ങനെയാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ എസ്റ്റിമേറ്റ് കേട്ട് അവിശ്വസനീയമായിട്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്നു....😮

I just finished a similar compound wall, not as tall like this one, was very costly compared to your estimate , the contractor has cheated me
