@@BoqPrecisionYou are absolutely correct, but I don't know if they'll be able to win the case due to Popeyes not being directly involved/responsible for the situation. Also, Popeyes will watch the video and the State/Commonwealth will find out who she is and potentially charge her for X counts of the attempted poisoning or counts to commit felony bodily injury/harm to X number of human beings, some possibly being the age of 65 or over and some potentially being the age of 17 or younger. Which will be additional felony charges for harming the elderly or minors, some being actual toddlers, or children. Plus she'll be charged with committing multiple felonies while her 3 children are present and directly under her care. Which will probably result in them being taken away by DCF, put in a foster home or taken by one or more of the 3 father's that hit and ran then left her high and dry to raise them. Also the Popeyes Corporation will sue her for what little she has, and when you owe monies due to a settlement or court order, the courts will freeze any bank accounts, stocks, bonds, cars, houses, any other assets, then dock a percentage of every paycheck she ever earns, plus take 100% of any tax returns she receives in the future until the multimillion dollar lawsuit is settled. (LOL......settled) And to top it off, if found guilty and she was receiving any benefits from the State/Commonwealth she will lose them due to the types of crimes she commited. This lady fucked herself so good she might actually be pregnant with a 4th.
