I left there a decade ago. Not for me. Very expensive and boring and rules on rules. No freedom. Now I am free and happy. I love your videos. I can't stop watching so get a lot of input. My favourite countries are Turkey and Georgia where I have a home but I love living in Asia and was living in Mainland for many years where I learnt to speak.

The first inhabitants, the aborigines, were decimated, either voluntarily or by epidemics brought by Europeans, a bit like in North America. Europeans considered it to be a “terra nullius” without inhabitants. In addition, a large number of the first settlers were convicts, later there was the gold rush, cheap Chinese labor was used like in US for railway construction.

作为一个澳大利亚人我也不特别推荐来澳大利亚生活😅，但是如果你真的想去一个西方国家我觉得澳大利亚是最好的。 澳大利亚最大的优点就是离中国/亚洲很近，时差比较小。所以在这里生活的话还是挺容易跟海外亲戚朋友交流。 从旅游方面我其实推荐澳洲因为虽然什么都比较贵，来这里的飞机票比较便宜，所以总共旅游费差不多（比如如果中国人去欧洲）。这里确实有很多移民，如果你想看白人去美国或者英国。另外一个点是在澳大利亚开车是相反的，我们在马路左边开车。 谢谢你们的视频！

@@comprehensiblechinese 主要是生活费太贵了，虽然工资比较高这不是所有的工作。而且房价还是超级高。另外一个原因是除了悉尼和墨尔本公共交通不好，还有连在这些城市也不太好，所以你基本需要买车。 但我承认我们工作压力和环境非常好，而且在这里大部分的人尊重移民。 总的来说没有国家是完美的就是知道优点和缺点很重要
