You can take that second shower head and literally clean every crevice like you've never cleaned before. I bought one from Amazon and installed it in my apt the moment i got back.

When I first came to the us I was shocked that you guys don’t use water as I’m Arabian and my people has been using water for thousands of years. When I was in Japan, my friend and I were approached in a shrine by two men who worked for Toto. They asked us to fill out a survey of our toileting experiences in Japan. They were SO enthusiastic. They watched us fill out the forms and when we marked a positive they almost cheered, and when we marked a negative they let out an audible disappointed "aww".
