Oh he's definitely in on it and is not being "bullied out of the blue" or anything, but that is actually quite close to his real personality, which is what makes this whole bit/series with Jordan work so well, lol. The natural chemistry between Jordan and Conan is hilarious, and as a producer I'm sure Jordan realizes what's good for the show, even if he's being the butt of the joke, he's willingly doing so and wants the show to be entertaining/better, obviously. I've seen him smirk/almost laugh in other skits as well, trying to not break the deadface bit they are playing up, lol. It's exaggerated and setup for the camera obviously, but it is based somewhat on his real personality/interests/depth of trivia knowledge/being hard to faze/etc.

Meine Namen although I am sure Jordan is in on the jokes and gets paid very well for his appearances - I haven’t seen a single video of Jordan “cracking up” and I’ve seen all Jordan videos on KZbin. Care to share links to these videos u speaks of?

Meine Namen I do honestly think that he has a lot of knowledge on many subjects. Especially anything Italy related. But at the very end when his cowboy hat flies away. You can see him cracking up.
