This is brilliant. I definitely relate to what you said about "keeping it real". This is a huge problem for me. In my mind, I'm behaving with integrity, but I've seen the negative impact of practicing honesty as a policy. People don't actually want the truth; it seems that curiosity, intrigue, happiness, comfort are more desirable, which makes sense. I get it, but I still don't know any other way to be. I value truth so much, that even if it doesn't get me the results that I want, I continue to do the same thing because I'm proud of the fact that I'm an honest person... but I'm still not getting the shit I want lol. Like you said, a lot of people aren't honest. Why wouldn't I think highly of being one of the few who are? Could you do a video on how to not be so forthcoming without actually telling a lie, for those of us who cringe at the thought of saying or doing something that's an outright farce? Can you be misleading while still being honest? Love your vids BTW. It's kinda like having that guy friend all women wish they had, the one that puts you on game. Keep doing what you're doing. Love.

Last night I ran across the IG of 48 Laws of Power and I started scrolling and reading the chapters. And now the very next day I come across your video on the same subject matter. That’s SPIRIT guiding me to empower myself. Thanks Alex- I really needed these lessons RIGHT NOW in my life. Thank you so much. You’re THE MAN.😉🤜🏾🤛🏾

I agree with Curly. The 48 laws are impractical because if you live a life of contentment you don't need to be in a power struggle. I don't have much power at work, im happy though. Tho the book does have many interesting facts about human nature, and it does makes us think about things to be on guard against; it is an teaches absolutely worldly humanistic view point. It's no wonder convicts enjoy reading this.

Alex do you understand what your setting yourself up for with all these games a very unhealthy relationship. Would you want to date someone setting you up like that I mean I get it oh we’re trying to get them to get a epiphany like oh I like this person. Idk isn’t that usually already known with in minutes of meeting a person. Honestly I do agree with you in other matters people hate you for being a decent person. I learned that from you it helped me realize a lot . Why I always felt like an out sider how I set myself up for target for negativity. It’s not about being fake it’s about being mindful if your around a friend who just lost his job don’t brag about you getting a raise and how things are just going the best for you that’s all. Be aware human nature is everywhere sometimes you have to tell people something in order to get a reaction for them to comply . If you know if I tell this person this piece of information what would likely be that out come . Some people are predictable .

You speak like you've accrued knowledge gaining experience practicing both applications (defensive and strategically offensive) of these tenements. A world where more than half the population lived this way sounds like it would be hell and not the world a builder civilization intended. Sadly I did realize the world had elements like this in the world of higher learning and bizarre non beneficial social structures, perhaps not obvious to me by design.
