I love Jane Eaglen's voice. Wow, what a blessing to have such a voice. When I heard her solo at the end of Sense and Sensibility I teared up for the beauty of it.

I am proud to have Jane Eaglen as a wonderful colleague at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory. Our students are most fortunate.

Although I don't believe you can tell it from this video, Jane Eaglen has one of the most beautiful voices on the lyric stage. I would love to hear her again, live. I hope she will come to London to sing again.

@seattleoperaguy There was a reason the past was described as the "GOLDEN ERA of SINGING" The singers indicated, Flagstad; Lawrence; Pauly, were still superior to any today It is not the size of the voice but BRILLIANCE, SPONTANEITY and CHIAROSCURO. The "RADIO" was the "ONLY" live transmission to those who could not afford to attend the Metropolitan back then, establishing the fact that unforced PROJECTION, and all the other attributes of Bel Canto, were "recognized."
